  I would give a negative star but instead I will give you a warning about our experience with this company. We had our house sided 2 years ago and it looked great but then noticed a cold exterior wall and had an insulation company out. They found frost in the ceiling and said it was due to moisture from under ventilation. 6 months later we had to replace our roof and all the decking had to be replaced, once again told it was under ventilation due to not enough vents or baffling when sided and soffit enclosed. When calling Casey’s they text back and don’t answer the phone. When you do get a call back Mark will tell you they did everything right and there were vents. Funny thing my next door neighbor has the same problem and his house was done a month before ours by Casey’s. We had insulation company, roof company and ventilation company all say it was because of the house being under ventilated when sided. But if you do get to talk to Mark he will say it was fine by the satellite image and it was probably from the bathroom exhaust fan. We have lived here 14 years and no issues until sided. So buyer beware and check in to things because with the decking and new soffits and insulation we have spent as much as the siding cost.

  Casey had a nice presentation in his estimate and showed up the same day I called. He presented things well and was friendly. I did some research on materials and called to ask him for a demo on the materials he can offer. I also wanted to see the quality of the windows he was offering. The day of the demo he had me go out to his truck where he had a mess of samples in the truck bed. I wasn't impressed with the windows he was offering. They seemed really shifty when they moved up and down. Also, I explained that I was looking for steel siding because of its longevity and quality. He sort of made fun of me for wanting that and said vinyl siding is better because if you get damage, they can replace it without taking down the entire wall of siding. Vinyl siding also looks terrible, has seams everywhere, blows off in the wind, is super poor quality and needs to be replaced in 10 years. I asked him if he offered steel and he said he does and then showed me an aluminum sample and said he only has like one customer a year that wants that. He said literally no one wants it. The sample was a 5-inch wide sample and the steel I was aware of you can change the "stamp" to make it 3-inch or another width. When I asked him about that, he said 'no this is the only width it comes in and it doesn't look good, trust me you want vinyl.' I took a picture of the sample and thanked him for the demo. After some research online, the sample he showed me was aluminum and not steel at all. I wouldn't trust Casey.

  Our new windows and siding look amazing! They were very prompt with installing the windows and the siding. They kept us in the loop with everything that they were doing and asked plenty of questions to make sure we were satisfied. We definitely highly recommend them for any windows or siding projects.

  Recently went with Casey Nelson Exteriors. The owner, Casey, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he came over same day ( within a couple hours) fromnwhen I called to get information. Our materials had arrived and was delivered during the timeframe that Casey said it would be. The workers were very kind, and were respectful of our property. They answered any questions that we had. Casey Nelson Exteriors gave me a far better deal on my windows and siding than other competitors in the area. I would recommend this company to any friends/family. I would use this company again.

  We recently had our siding replaced and from the beginning to the end were very impressed with the people at Casey Nelson Exteriors. Casey came to the house, went over options and answered all our questions. Carlos and his crew were personable and professional, did excellent work and had great attention to detail They also cleaned everything up at the end of each day. We love how our home looks now and have had so many comments on our new look!! Thanks to Casey, Carlos and the crew for a job well done!!!

  Had Casey Nelson do a full exterior overhaul. (doors, windows, siding, gutters) My project manager, Carlos, did an amazing job throughout the entire project communicating time lines and addressing any questions or concerns I may have had. I could not be any happier with the outcome of this project and would definitely recommend Casey Nelson Exteriors!!!

  We replaced our old clapboard and vinyl siding with Hardie board. Everything was done professionally and on time, and looks great! Adds to resale value, too. I strongly recommend!
