  They came and looked at my roof a couple months ago but then never returned any phone calls or communication about and estimate or if they were interested in completing the job or not.

  Home Solutions of Nebraska has been exceptional from the very beginning. My first experience with them was a major hail claim that involved a full roof replacement, window repairs, new siding, gutters, fascia, and multiple downspouts. It was a large and detailed project, and the insurance estimate made it clear how much work needed to be done. Tyler handled the entire process with confidence and clarity. He communicated with the adjuster, explained every step, and made sure all of the roof, window, siding, gutter, and downspout work was approved without any issues. What could have been a stressful claim turned into a smooth and well organized project because of his expertise. The quality of the work on that first job was excellent, and the communication throughout the project made it clear that this is a company that stands behind what it installs. That experience set the foundation for the trust I have in them today. That trust was reinforced again when I reached out about a downspout on the southeast side of my house that had started pulling away from the siding. Tyler responded within minutes and had someone out right away. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and they insisted on taking care of it at no cost. It was not treated like a small inconvenience. It was treated as part of the long term commitment they make to their customers. The way they handled that simple repair shows exactly how seriously they take their warranty and follow through. When they say they will come back out whenever needed with no hesitation, they mean it. They have proven it more than once. From the major hail restoration to the smallest follow up fix, Home Solutions of Nebraska has shown professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for homeowners. I recommend them every chance I get and will continue to do so.

  I have had their team wrap two doors. They are great; respond when called, show up as promised, great listeners, communicate very well, spectacular workmanship. Go the extra mile in every way!   Editing to add that Tyler became our new project manager and was exceptionally well to work with. The company lives up to their lifetime warranty and we had one item come up that needed attention. It was completed within ONE day! I am so very pleased with their work and customer service! Tyler works with great integrity and I would 100% work with him again, if needed!   I had damage from the high winds. Called in the morning and Adam was at my house that afternoon. Since I had kept the pieces that had been blown off the house, Adam was able to put them back up. Thank you for the quick service. Very happy and I will be calling when I'm ready to replace all the siding.
