  We have reached out to the homeowner to do what we can to resolve the issue. Update: This roof was installed in 2012. The "leak" appeared in 2020 which was outside of our warranty. We still did the repair for free. The homeowner did not accept our offer to paint the stained area because a regular drywall repair would not match the smoke-stained ceiling. There have been no leaks since 2020.

  A few years ago I lived in a rental, and the landlady hired White Castle Roofing to replace the Shingles/Gutters. It was extremely fortunate that I had taken the day off, as they absolutely botched the job on that house. 300 S 44. Go take a look for yourself. To this day, the corners of the gutters are the low spots, probably because they initially hung them too low. In fact, going outside to check on the progress, I had found the side door unable to open because it contacted the gutters. Furthermore, they left nails all over the place, a full box of screws on the lawn. (That thankfully I noticed before hitting with the lawnmower) We also found nails and screws all over the driveway, and kept finding such things for weeks. It was a miracle that we didn't end up with one in our vehicle tires. I also have amusing Blink Camera Footage of the Landlady arguing with the owner/supervisor as he tries to justify the ineptitude and fight actually fixing their mistakes. Hilarious Nescience.

Our customer on this project was a Katie P which is the only contact information we have to follow up with your issues on. Update 11/7/2025 : I just got off of the phone with the owner of the building and she said she is very happy with the work and has no complaints. She mentioned she would have called us first if she did have any problems.

  The worst customer service. First they knocked on our door. We let them inspect the roof. The rep gave us a quote -meet with the insurance company. After that -nothing...we followed up and he was no longer there, they gave us another rep. He never followed up, we had to contact them again. Once again we got the insurance out. Told them of the new date they said they would be here to meet up with the inspector. White Castle was no show, no call. I would never do business with a company like this with ZERO customer service.

  I had White Castle Roofing put a new roof on my shed and part of my house roof. They came once and the quality was terrible. They admitted that the work was not OK. They agreed to redo it. They came out again and it quite possibly is even worse. There are nails/screw in the hip, dents in the fascia, patchwork everywhere. I am unable to upload photos for some reason, or I would! The pictures are unbelievable!

  This is an example of a large local company that you would think have the best staff available from Project Managers to the actual laborers preforming the services, not the case. I recently had my roof and gutters replaced and as much as I would like to say that both jobs went off without a hitch, that was not the case. Since the roof was completed, they have came back 3 times to address issues that should not have taken place and gutters, I am still picking up screws and nails 3 days after the completion. The roof was completed in a timely manner but with issues that required return visits and phone calls, should have never taken place. As far as the gutters, the crew spent more time sitting in my front yard than they did installing the new gutters. I wouldn’t say a thing about their down time except for the fact that I’m still cleaning up after them. In my opinion, there is no excuse for me finding screws/nails and gutter clippings left behind. In conclusion, very disappointed/unhappy with all services provided by White Castle Roofing.

  Called for an estimate in May/June of 2016, was told it'd be a long while to wait due to recent tornado damage. Was ok waiting, as I assumed everyone else would be just as busy. They called me in December 2016 asking if I still wanted a bid and I told them yes. They said they'd get me a bid. It's now the middle of May and no bid, no phone call, no nothing. UPDATE: Amazingly enough the day after this review posted, they managed to find my phone number and give me a call. Too little too late, I'm afraid.

  I had an outstanding experience with White Castle Roofing from start to finish. Their customer service was exceptional, and the communication between the office staff and field crew was seamless.   Moving from one house to another, we had to put new roofs on both homes and White Castle did a great job on each of them. From Vat who started us on the project to Caleb who supervised the installations and the super office staff in between, we can’t say enough about how delightful they all were to work with. The cost came in as quoted and the work was completed in the time stated up front. Had to pick up a few missed nails on the ground after cleanup but no surprise given the way our bushes can catch and hide things. In fact, kudos also to the installation crews who worked hard in the July heat. After installation, we had a couple details we called in about and asked for follow up. Caleb responded immediately and then went over the top to make sure we were satisfied. With all that said, I would highly recommend White Castle Roofing!

  Received first class service from White Castle Roofing…office staff & Residential Manager, Pierce Leef. My urgent need for the Company was met in a very timely fashion, time was spent listening to me, evaluating on site, clearly explaining the options, and then carrying out the plan.
