  Left a huge mess and had to have the work fixed correctly by another roofer. When you pay a ripoff price you at least expect good work.

  I would not reccomend this company to anyone that is doing first time roof repairs. I feel taken advatage of. The repairs and tile replacements done on my roof were not good quality. After hiring a new roofing company due to misscommunication surrounding what was included in my contract, they showed videos where there were still cracked and loose tiles left around the "repaired ones". I was not advised on what my roof needed to be up to code even if it was not included in the contract. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and DBPR. The new company I hired did a phenominal job in replacing, repairing, cleaning, and putting in hurricane reinforcements. I will say in my conversations with Ashley and Joseph , they were very kind and professional, but of course were not present on the day of the work nor was the work reviewed afterwards.

  We completed repairs for this customer in 2022. Why this review is popping up now is very confusing. At the time of repair the roof was already 19 years old. We completed a very large repair on the customers home for a very reasonable cost. Joseph went above and beyond crawling into her attic to find the leak. The repair was completed perfectly and has never leaked again that we are aware of. Her complaint comes from additional work not in the scope of our contract afterwards. The customer felt that this additional work should be completed at no charge. I understand that in her frustration she felt that writing a bad review on our company would be just and maybe she would get more work out of us. We have pictures of the repair and completion of the job. Its sad that this customer feels the need to hurt our company with a false and unfair review.

  0 stars. If they don't have the courtesy to return a phone call which the Owner and two Sons committed to three different times I don't believe they could be trusted to do a Job. Just say "No Thank You". I waited for Joe to show up with quote. Time is an irreplaceable component of life

  Gloria, Joseph met with you last week and talked to you for some time at your home. Our company paid for an Eagleview (aerial measurements) and put together a very affordable estimate for your roof. We had to mail you the estimate because you refused to give us your email. So now because of the method we had to use to provide you with this free estimate you wrote a one star review on our company, why because the mail carrier didn’t get it to you fast enough? Like you quoted, Time is an irreplaceable component of life. We pride ourselves for doing the very best for the customers that actually use our services, and our reviews reflect that. Our company provides 100’s of estimates at no charge that many go unanswered by customers once they receive them. Unfortunately that’s the cost of doing business. I wish you the very best in your search for the right contractor. You should read there reviews on the quality of their work not by the USPS delivery system. George J

  Nothing but aggravation and upset from the day they started the job. The philosophy of their customer service was - ignore long enough and she'll go away - except when they wanted to collect a check. Then you heard from them multiple times.

  This is an untrue review. The customer chose a color for her roof in writing and after it was installed she didn't like the color. Our original contract was to only install the upper portion of her roof. We then offered to do the balance of her roof at our cost so that the home looked good. She accepted our good faith offer. There was no obligation to do this for the customer we offered it as a courtesy. Now she claims aggravation and writes a bad review. The only aggravation is that I have to deal with this untrue negative review.

  This is the best roofing company in Florida!!!! I can’t even describe in words how amazing they are!! They are honest, hard working and most importantly genuine! They took care of us with such care and professionalism. And delivered a brand new roof so fast!!! The roof is beautiful and done with absolutely perfection and attention to detail. We are forever grateful to Joseph and his family for taking care of us!!! Do your roof with them, you will not be disappointed!!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Complete Roofing Solutions. We were referred to Joseph by a friend, and he was great to work with from the start. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and on time. The team completed our roof in less than two days, and the quality of the work is fantastic. What really impressed us was the cleanup. You can barely tell any work was done because everything was left so clean. Their pricing was fair, and they were very helpful and accommodating when a few unexpected things came up along the way. Overall, we have nothing but good things to say and would absolutely recommend Complete Roofing Solutions to anyone looking for roofing work.

  CRS is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I have used them a couple times for roof repairs and they just installed a new roof on my house. I mostly worked with Joe. He is super kind, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent with communication. He was always on top of everything.. I needed to turn in many documents for an HOA approval. He got everything together very quickly and nothing was overlooked. In fact the assistant manager of my community was impressed by how thorough this company was. Joe constantly updated me with calls and texts. He got sample tiles sent to my home very quickly to help me decide on the color. Any time I called or texted Joe he responded right away. That is so rare! Christine sent me emails with invoices and updates. She was always on top of everything and very polite. The crew that installed our roof was great. They were always on time, they worked really hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. That was super! All of our city inspections passed and the entire process went very smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend you use this company for your roofing needs. Thank you so much CRS!! 😊 🙌

  Complete Roofing Solutions (CRS) recently completed the reroofing of our entire house with asphalt (160 mph) shingles from Tamko using the peel and stick underlayment. Research of CRS revealed that this company was a fourth generation, 40-year-old entity. Information was confirmed by researching the Florida Division of Corporations and other resources. I found the pricing to be competitive. Reviews were very favorable and the Certificate of Insurance (COI) was verified through the listed providers for both the various liabilities and Workers Compensation. The project was carried out as explained (and promised) regarding my concerns for the protection of the driveways, pool, A/C and grounds in general. Nails were scouted daily with magnets. The teams were well organized, polite, and cleaned up after each day of construction. Management was available and responsive to all questions in a timely manner. For the above reasons I highly recommend CRS to anyone considering a roof repair or replacement

  Extremely satisfied with the new roof installed by Complete Roofing Solutions, Inc. They were very punctual, cleaned up at end of each day, project checked each day by Joe, great workmanship. Cost was reasonable. Very honest, having to replace a lot of rotted plywood. High recommend this company. A neighbor recommended them to me. He was also very pleased.
