I had a great experience with this roofing company. The quote was a bit higher than another one, but it was detailed, fair, and matched the quality of the roofing work provided. They were very professional, easy to work with, and took time to answer every question. There was a short wait before they could start, but they did their best to schedule the job as quickly as possible. The owner stayed involved and made sure everything was handled the right way. The roofing crew showed up early, worked fast, and left the property spotless with no debris left behind. The skylight replacement was completed with real care and accuracy, and they also improved the roof system by adding an extra ridge vent for better attic airflow, which was a nice bonus in the Texas heat. The next day, Craig and Paul came back to finish a difficult section over the porch and made sure every detail was completed properly.

We had a roof leak around the roof vents, and the team responded quickly to inspect the problem and explain what was going on. Once the roof was dry and conditions were right, they completed the roof repair fast and did solid work. Ruben was very courteous and easy to talk with, and Craig took time to go over the roof’s condition, the vent area, and what needed attention. They answered our questions in simple terms and made the whole roofing process easy to understand. We really appreciated their professionalism, clear communication, and quality workmanship, and we would highly recommend them for roof repair and vent leak issues.

If there were more stars, I would give them 10. The owner, Jeffery, was great, and I highly recommend him and his roofing crew. I saw them working on a nearby home and decided to call for my own roof repair. They responded quickly and sent Paul out to inspect the issue and explain what needed to be done. The team arrived on time, found the source of the roof leak, and repaired it the right way. They did solid work, used common sense, and kept the whole process easy and reasonably priced. In the Texas heat, it is important to have a dependable roofing team, and they really came through. I have already scheduled another roofing project with them and truly appreciate Jeffery and the crew.

Highly recommend this roofing company. I’ve used them more than once and would call them again for any roof repair, siding, door, or window work. I reached out about a small roofing issue that had been put off for months, and Micah responded quickly and handled the repair at a fair price with no hassle. Even better, when I called during a severe storm because water was getting into my attic, the crew came out fast in heavy rain and strong wind to stop the leak and protect the roof. They clearly care about their customers, communicate well, and do dependable work. If you need a roofer, this is a great team to call.

I got 4 or 5 quotes for my roof after a storm blew some shingles off. Navarro Brothers Roofing & Construction was not the cheapest, but the price was right in line with the other estimates, with only a small difference between them. What stood out most was the honest timeline and the clear roofing knowledge Ruben shared. He did not promise a rushed job just to win the work. Instead, he explained the shingle options, underlayment, ventilation, and the construction process in simple terms that made everything easy to understand. They also walked me through the permits, inspections, and each step of the roofing project, and kept me updated the whole way through. In the Texas heat and storm season, it gave me a lot of confidence knowing the roof would be installed the right way and built to last. The crew was professional, communication was strong, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. I would definitely recommend them.

I absolutely love Navarro Brothers Roofing & Construction. They were very professional from the first roof estimate to the final cleanup, and I gladly recommend them. I do not know much about roofing, leaks, or what repairs are really needed, so getting estimates was stressful. It was easy to tell that some other contractors were trying to push me into paying for much more work than necessary. Jeffery and the crew were honest, patient, and clear about what my roof actually needed. They explained the leak issue in simple terms, pointed out ways to save money, and did not try to upsell me on extra repairs. I really appreciated that level of honesty and guidance. The finished roof looks great, and after the repair and roofing work, there is not a single leak anymore. Even with the strong heat and storms, everything is holding up perfectly. They did a wonderful job, and I could not be happier with the results.

We compared bids from more than five roofing and gutter companies, and company: Navarro Brothers Roofing & Construction was the best choice for our gutter and roof drainage needs. Paul and Andrew were easy to work with from start to finish, and they made the whole process smooth and stress free. After the recent heavy Katy rains, we can clearly see the water flowing through the gutters the way it should instead of spilling over the edges and causing problems around the roofline. The new gutter system and gutter guards have made a big difference for our home, especially with the strong rainstorms we get in Texas. Everything was installed with care, and the workmanship looks solid and professional. They were on time, quick to respond, knowledgeable, fair in pricing, and very helpful through each step. Every time it rains, we feel confident and grateful for the quality service and the improvement to our home's roofing and drainage system.
