I’m nothing but happy with the quality and look of the new metal roof from Navarro & Sons Roofing & Remodeling. The roofing crew arrived on time each morning and got started right away, working hard through the day. On the final day, I even treated the team to pizza to show my appreciation. They were respectful, careful around the property, and did a great job with daily cleanup, which really mattered during the hot Palm Bay weather. The office staff was also very helpful and kept me informed about the schedule and when the crew would begin. The estimate stayed very close to the original quote, aside from 5 sheets of plywood that had to be replaced because of hidden water damage under the old roofing materials, which was completely understandable. The whole reroof process felt smooth and professional, and I truly could not have asked for a better roofing job. I’m hoping this new metal roof lasts for many years.

i received a roofing estimate quickly, and the roof repair and new gutters were finished within two weeks after the quote. the crew completed the whole job in one day and did a nice cleanup, leaving the property much better than before. the quality of the roofing work looked very good, and even though it was a noisy project like most roof jobs are, they handled everything efficiently. there was only a very small amount of inside disturbance during the work, and it was not enough to take away from the overall great experience. the pricing was fair and competitive, and i was glad i could use the discount toward new gutters too. leo and everett made the process easy, and i would gladly hire them again for future roofing work.

When our thirty-year-old roof could not be patched anymore, we contacted three roofing contractors for quotes on a full roof replacement. everett, the operations manager, came out for the inspection and estimate. From the start, everett was on time, friendly, and professional. He explained the roofing materials, installation steps, and warranty in a clear way, and he also listened carefully to our concerns about cost, timing, and protecting the house during the work. His estimate came in much lower than the other two quotes, which was a nice surprise. He also let us know there could be a few weeks of waiting before the new roof installation because of scheduling, and we appreciated the honest communication. During one phone call, i mentioned that we might need to cover part of the roof with a tarp while we waited. leo arranged for the crew to put the tarp on at no extra cost, which really helped protect the home from florida heat, heavy rain, and afternoon storms. That extra service saved us time, money, and a lot of stress. When installation day arrived, the roofing crew showed up a little early and got the job finished in less than five hours. The new shingle roof looks excellent, and the workmanship was solid from start to finish. Nothing around the home was damaged, and the cleanup was very thorough. They respected the property, worked efficiently, and made the whole roof replacement process easy. Several months later, the roof is still performing great through strong wind, hot sun, and repeated rainstorms, with no leaks, no loose shingles, and no issues at all. We are very happy with the quality of the new roof, the customer service, and the overall roofing experience, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement.

Had my gutters replaced and my roof repaired, and the whole roofing process went really well. i got a few quotes, but i chose this crew because leo explained a clear plan for reworking my existing downspouts, adding another one, and fixing the roof areas where critters had gotten into the shingles and decking. The communication was great from start to finish, they showed up fast, worked efficiently, and left the property clean with no mess behind. After a couple of strong Florida storms with heavy rain and wind, everything has held up exactly like it should. The new gutter flow and roof repair gave me real peace of mind, and the drainage around the home is working much better now. everett and the team were professional, easy to work with, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of the work. i highly recommend them for gutter and roof repair work in Palm Bay.

This roofing company did an excellent job. I called about a roof leak near the chimney, and they came out the same day to inspect both the inside of the house and the roof outside. They clearly explained the problem, showed me what needed repair, and gave me a detailed quote at a fair price. I approved the work right away, and they returned promptly to complete the roof repair. They matched the shingles very well, fixed the leak correctly, and took great care of my home during the whole process. The crew was professional, friendly, and easy to work with, and their customer service really stood out. It is hard to find a roofing team that is this dependable, honest, and quick to respond, especially when a roof issue needs fast attention in Florida weather. I highly recommend them if you want reliable roofing service from a trustworthy family-run team that treats customers with care.

we are very happy with Navarro & Sons Roofing & Remodeling. if we could give everett and the roofing crew six stars, we would. he kept every promise from the first inspection to the final cleanup, and the whole roof replacement process felt organized and easy. the crew showed up on time, treated our property with care, protected the plants and patio furniture, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each day. you would have to look very hard to tell they had even been here. after the work was finished, they even checked the yard and shrubbery with magnetic tools to make sure stray roofing nails and metal pieces were removed. we were truly impressed with the workmanship, communication, and attention to detail, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or remodeling work. absolutely a six star rating is deserved, and i would hire them again without hesitation.
