  They left the fascia bent and crumpled so it looks terrible from the street and they failed/refused to fix it. I don't know about the roof as I can't get up there.

  WARNING!!! These guys do NOT warranty anything they do, even if they do it incorrectly! My roof leaked badly shortly after they replaced it because it was never flashed against the stucco. They said 'that was extra' (That's like saying the oil filter is an extra in an oil change -_-). They said 'Because I got on the roof and put tar on the leak it voided the warranty' (because I got onto my own roof?!). BUT then they said they would give me a quote to fix the multiple leaks caused by their bad workmanship (they never did give that to me BTW). My wife says 'But why would we hire them to fix something they couldn't do right to start with?" GOOD POINT! BUYER BEWARE!!

  They destroyed our house buy using faulty product and never resolved the issue. If something goes wrong these guys just run away. We eventually had to move out due to the mold from the whole house got water damage when it rained before …

  We can not find a "Phil G" in our records. possibly someone else did this roof. I need an address or last name to do the research on who pulled the permit for this roof. We would love to help, just don't know who this is.

  The roof they replaced is a flat roof, and the new roof doesn’t have a good slope so water pools on it. Really not sure how long the work will last. The crew also left a bit of a mess and killed a few trees. The work took 1 day and cost 12k. The final price we were billed was a surprise at nearly 2x the initial quote because they don’t make it clear that replacing rotted wood is about $250 /ft. our roof was open below and the estimator was able to see the damage, so it felt like a bait and switch when they billed us. We had other quotes that ended up being cheaper, but went with Florida native because they seemed a lot lower, but they just aren’t up front with the pricing. They did work with us and lowered the price a bit, but the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth. Would not use again.

  Do not use this place save your money they came to my house a year ago and our roof is still leaking in my sons room mind you during hurricane season they keep sending somebody else that is Not fixing my roof and the guy that they keep sending out keeps leaving nails and trash all over my yard and he keeps stealing all the fruit from my yard. I have a 10 year warranty but they haven’t been keeping up their end and making sure that I’m taking care of their awful never use these people

  Not really dislike, wouldn't know because they haven't returned a phone call or email. I realize they could be on vacation, but why didn't they update their phone message! Not very good business practice.

  Florida Native Roofing just installed our new roof. They did a fabulous job! They were a pleasure to work with from the very start. Logan is exceptionally responsive. He came to our house and provided us with all the information we needed and we had estimates in no time. Once we made a decision, things moved quickly and smoothly from getting the permit to the final inspection and the wind mitigation report. Logan is efficient, knowledgeable, professional and just an all around great guy. I have an old house and a few repairs were done. The price was competitive and they did very well by us!!

  Been using Florida Native for years, for repairs and replacements. Couldn't be happier. They are top notch when it comes to communication, efficiency, price, quality, you name it. Can't imagine any other roofing company out there comes close.

  Florida Native Roofing did an outstanding job on my mom's townhouse tile roof in Palm Bay! They were also accepting of the fact that I had to sell the house, and were willing to work with me on payments to closing. Highly recommend!!

  Nothing but pleased with the quality and appearance of the new metal roof.. The crew showed up on time every morning and got right to work nonstop. I even bought the guys pizza on the last day of work to thank them. They were very considerate and cleaned up their mess daily. I cannot ask for a better job and hope this new roof outlives me.. Their office staff was very helpful explaining when the crew will be starting and the estimate was fairly close with the exception of 5 sheets of plywood needing to be replaced at my cost due to unseen water damage which is understandable.

  FNRC, was the best experience I have had with a business, in 30 years! What a great company! They were in and out in 2 days and I did not have to clean up after them at all! At 72, I appreciate not have to clean up after workers!! Great group of people, right down to everyone I talked to. Use this company if you like a CLEAN JOB!

  Had a great experience with this contractor. Fair pricing, very quick turnaround, good quality work, easy to communicate with, left the jobsite (our home) clean after the work day was done which was a big deal to me with little kids.
