Although Henry is a good worker and relates well with his customers, the company itself is unreliable and does not honor its agreements. They often promise one thing to attract your business, but end up doing something completely different, which feels deceptive.

Here we go again with people who haven't done business with us yet place a negative review! It's a shame when an honest and hardworking roofing company is defamed by folks like you who hide behind fake names and false pretexts! Sir, we don't have you as a customer.

Dear J Dub, I am writing to follow up on our recent interaction regarding your High impact skylight. When we originally completed the job, you provided a 4-star review. However, after a year and a half and several storms, including Hurricane Milton, your skylight was compromised. We inspected the damage and provided you with options. I understand your frustration, but the pictures you provided show damage that was addressed some time ago. As we discussed, we are not responsible for storm damage. We take pride in our work and strive to do what is right. In this instance, we are not at fault for the damage to your skylight. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Bear Contractors inc.

Leighton was quite knowledgeable, friendly yet professional, very thorough, easy to speak with, answered any questions and explained each stage of the process along with the product. I received a written estimate right away. As a fellow veteran, we had a very nice personal chat. I highly recommend him.

Bill came out to check my roof and unlike others he explained in detail the issues and is currently helping me with all the necessary paperwork to have a proper roof installed. I'm so appreciative of his knowledge and expertise.
