They came and gave us an Estimate on Roof Repair we agreed on a price and signed a Contract. Right before the job was supposed to start they backed out and said they did not want to do it the way we agreed. They just wanted to come and throw some patch on the leak instead of removing the rotted wood and fixing the actual leak. Don't recommend.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out personally to discuss our recent contract regarding your metal roofing repair. After a thorough review and considering the potential additional charges that could arise, I believe it is in your best interest for us to step back from this agreement. Our primary goal has always been to provide services that are not only of the highest quality but also financially feasible for our clients. It became clear that moving forward could lead to unforeseen costs that may be challenging for you given your current financial circumstances, as you explained. We truly value your trust and understand how important this project is to you. We would rather take this step now than proceed into a situation that could cause financial strain. Please know this decision comes from a place of genuine concern and respect for your financial well-being. If it's helpful, we would be more than happy to discuss other options or future opportunities when circumstances allow. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.

I really don't know where to start. BD Roofs and Exterior went above and beyond our expectations, especially after the City of Boynton Beach gave us such a hard time. Any other company would have thrown in the towel, but Stephanie and John …

I can honestly say that I could not have asked for more from this experience. The team was responsive and clearly communicated throughout the entire process. The price was below what I even expected. They had the work done within 2 weeks of initial contact, worked through multiple options for roofing materials and planning. They did all of this for me while I was living in Germany and it was flawless. Thank you!

Excellent Roof and Garage Repair Work I recently hired BD Roofs & Exteriors Inc. to repair leaks in both my roof and garage, and I'm very pleased with the results. They were professional throughout the entire process and did quality work addressing both problem areas. The leaks have been successfully fixed, and I appreciate their attention to detail. I would recommend BD Roofs & Exteriors Inc. to anyone needing reliable roofing services.

BD Roofing provided excellent service when we started having leaks due to our solar panels. They provided the least expensive, yet fully repaired, solution available. Jack Hozdesh was a pleasure to work with us and made certain that he provided excellent service and an affordable solution.

DB was a top notch company to work with to have a new tile roof installed. They communicated with us through the entire process and had the work done on time. My old roof began to leak while we were waiting for the new tile to come in and our rep Jack actually took the time to drive out to my house on the 4th of July to see where the leak was! Now that’s customer service! Thanks DB for a good experience!
