Overall not the best experience, the finishes did not meet our expectations, looks messy, the forman nor the owner came to inspect the work when they supposedly said they were done. They just left. No follow up, never showed up to our house after he said he would. Hoping this will make them “make it right”. It took me months to find a company that I trusted, wanted it to be a local company very disappointed.

I had them come by for an estimate and the guy showed with no ladder. Instead of coming back with one he stood on the side of my house, looked up from the ground and said, "I can almost guarantee it's probably XYZ." Really?? You can almost …

SEA RANCH BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!!!! We hired these people after hurricane Idalia destroyed our home. This company was by far the worse experience since the flood. They hit a water pipe that went …

Home owner has a water pipe that is run along the bottom of the roof that is not to code. Any roofing company would have hit the pipe. We paid a Licenced Plumber to fix pipe temporarily, home owner has been advised that the plumbing needs to be redone and brought to code to avoid future problems. The Woman that was in charge of the project told our employees and one of the owners that it wasn't a big deal that they where tearing the ceiling down and redoing it. He also failed to mention that the entire inside of the home is gutted from the storm surge. We would not collect payment from the home owner untill he was completelty satisfied with the roof and the final inspection was completed and to code. He showed up to our office and told us how good his roof looked and payed us.

We recently had the opportunity to be on site with Nature Coast Roofing capturing photo and video content of one of their commercial projects and team. Although we weren't the customer, we spent the day watching how they operate, interact with their customers, and manage the job from start to finish. Their communication was great, the crew was professional, the job site was organized, and it was obvious they take pride in the work they do. As a marketing agency, we're around a lot of home service companies, and you can tell pretty quickly which ones truly care about their customers. Based on everything we witnessed, we would highly recommend reaching out to Nature Coast Roofing for a quote. They were a pleasure to work with, and we'd have no problem recommending them to our friends and family.

I couldn't be happier with the job Nature Coast Roofing did on my roof. Their estimate was fair, communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. This wasn't the easiest roof either—it included skylights, a flat roof section, several soft spots that needed repair, and a unique shed area that required extra attention. The entire crew handled everything professionally and efficiently. From the foreman and site manager to the guys doing the final cleanup and checking for nails, everyone was courteous, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. What impressed me most was that they started and completed the entire project in a single day without sacrificing quality. The roof looks fantastic, and the property was left clean when they finished. If you're looking for a roofing company that is fair, professional, communicates well, and delivers quality work, I highly recommend Nature Coast Roofing.

My wife and myself had a great experience with Hunter, Angie and the crew that replaced our roof. Hunter made himself available to come back over to our house and go over other quotes to see the deferences if any . The time he took and the information he gave definitely helped in making our decision. Angie was always there to be helpful and answer question and to let me know what was going on . The crew worked fast and diligently and got the job done in less than a day and a half. We had overall great experience and would highly recommend Nature Coast to everyone .
