  Insurance had this company put a new roof on due to hail damage early 2024. A few months later the chimney started leaking water into the living room around the flashing. I called them, they sent someone out to repair anything they missed, and the roof seemed to not leak any more. Well, it's leaking again, pretty badly this time. I have since contacted another company to come out and repair any faults in the roof since I no longer trust my roof to keep my house dry.

  The company came recommended from a realtor friend who had reported good experiences with other clients. I received a nice packet of info about the company which initially impressed me. The salesperson came out and was knowledgeable and recommended Gaco product for my roof and gave me what I thought was a very fair price. I had already talked to a couple other companies and felt comfortable so I signed an agreement on Nov. 1 2016. They said it would be a few weeks before install and products showed up on my roof shortly after. After the materials sitting on the roof for several weeks there was a truck at my house to take the products back, and the driver said it was too cold to do the job before winter was over. I was upset since I had been led to believe it would be done before it got too cold. I understand the product has temperature limitations, but it was a mild early winter and I was also told there were "two jobs ahead of mine" when I signed the agreement. I waited until the winter passed and weather was agreeable for the work. Again I called and was told there were "two jobs ahead". Waited and waited, called back and now there were "three large commercial jobs" ahead of me. Now in May of 17 still no installation date 6 months after signing contract. At no time did the company make an attempt to call me, I always had to call their answering service and wait for a return call. I found Schneider Roofing and they are doing the same work for the same price, and have a great reputation. Plus they actually showed up to do the work. I would never call this company again, they are disorganized and do not seem to care about the customer.

  Nick was a total professional, other roofers came by and wanting to quote without getting on our roof. Chris went out if his way to make sure our concerns were handled proper. Crew removed and installed our 35 sq roof house in 1 day.

  We had a great experience with National Roofing following the recent hail storms. From the first inspection to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally. Our project manager, Nick Tufts, was honest, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to explain what he found, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed throughout the process. The installation crew was on time, did quality work, and left our property cleaner than we expected. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values communication and stands behind its work. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, I’d definitely recommend National Roofing and ask for Nick.

  We had a new roof installed last week by National Roofing and couldn’t be happier. The owners, Chris and Nicole were very easy to work with and communicated clearly every step of the way. They did all of the hard work communicating with our insurance company to make sure every detail was managed. The crew is made up of the hardest working bunch of guys that I’ve seen in a long time. They worked nearly from sun up to sundown, and by the time they were done, they picked up every bit of trash and debris. Great experience. Highly recommend this great roofing company!

  Chris and his team were amazing! So responsive to my every question. The roof installation and gutters were installed properly and in a timely manner. The job site was kept neat and left clean upon completion. Any questions after have been answered promptly.
