National Roofing recently had an issue with one of their crews using my power outlet without asking. While the situation was frustrating, Donovan came by personally and handled it professionally. He went above and beyond to make things right and even compensated me with cash for the inconvenience, which was more than fair. I really appreciate a company that takes responsibility and values customer satisfaction. Mistakes can happen, but the way they resolved the issue speaks volumes about their integrity and customer service. Because of that, they absolutely deserve 5 stars and my respect as not many companies would do something like that. Thanks Donovan.

I have to admit I was very doubtful that vinyl repair on my hail damaged siding would meet my standards as I am very articulate … In my mind there was no way it could look as good as replacement even if it was only one side of my house… …

Everyone from Taylor, to Cody and Dylan, have been great. From their quality of work to their clear and professional communication, I have been impressed… Especially in a world where we all know quality contractors and subcontractors can be tough to find.

NRC is completing a large hail-damage repair project at one of our sites and has been excellent to work with—professional, responsive, clear in their communication, and exceptional in their customer care.

We really appreciate the feedback Sebastian. You both are fantastic clients and showed great patience with this unfortunate supply chain issues. Glad we never compromised, but instead stuck to our guns with regards what materials to use. Thank you once again, let’s catch up in the spring when we do a complimentary routined roof check up!

Jimmy was the first to come when we had water leaking into our home. He took steps to insure there was not further damage done. He and his crew were very professional and courteous. Our neighbor next door commented on what good manners were displayed, and how hard working the "gentlemen" were. Keep up the great work!!

Thanks Gary, happy we caught the leak in time, we appreciate the opportunity to help. Thank Dora for her kindness with treats and waters on those hot days! The “gentlemen” wish to pass on their thanks as well. Please keep in touch!
