  Heard Nasco’s advertisement on KDKA radio. Called for an estimate and even took off work early so I’d be home for it. Not only did the estimator not show up, but never called. Not a good indication of doing business with this company!

  Our records indicate a later time for an appointment today, we do apologize for the misunderstanding. You hang up on us before we could reschedule or completely apologize. This is not typical practice.

  Every morning I hear Marty Griffith on KDKA Morning Radio promoting Nasco Roofing and what a great job they did for him and/or his family, so I called Nasco. I have an old house in a not great part of town. I spoke with "Heather" who took my information and told me that "TJ" would be coming out in two days to look at my roof, and they would get back to me. That was the end of September and I still haven't heard from them. I called and left messages but no one got back to me. Apparently Nasco Roofing only does good work for celebrities or their families.

  Haven’t ever had this contractor perform work but I just sat here and watched somebody from this company speak very loudly/yell profanity over the phone in a very public place. Felt bad for the woman and children in the area. Time after time, wrong choice of words.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Nasco Roofing & Construction, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Dave, our salesman, was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with from the very beginning. Our foreman, also named Dave, did an excellent job overseeing the project and keeping everything running smoothly. Heather, who was my main contact in the office, was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was always friendly, responsive, and helpful, making sure all of our questions were answered and that everything stayed on track. Once the old roof was removed, they discovered some damaged wood that needed to be replaced. They explained everything clearly and took care of it the right way, without cutting corners. The crew was professional, hardworking, and left our property clean when the job was finished. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we're confident it will protect our home for many, many years. We highly recommend Nasco Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and a team that truly cares about doing the job right!

  I had leaks on my roof in my sunroom. I basically just googled roofing companies in Monroeville. After getting some bids from other companies I decided to go with Nasco. The guy seemed extremely knowledgeable and gave me a good comfort feeling. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Well to say the least I could not of been happier. First he showed up the day he was suppose to come and on time. That in itself was a good start. I have had bad experiences. Then he proceeded to start the work. He was not able to finish but he did the spots where I had the leaks.( I was having him do extra areas since he was already up there). He actually told he had vacation planned for the coming week but it did not bother me because he had done the areas I asked him to do first. Everybody deserves vacation time to keep your sanity. We had some hard rains while he was on vacation and I had no leaks. He came back the day after his vacation was done and finished up. He cleaned everything up and told me again what he had done and then left. Just a super nice guy. I would highly recommend these guys for your roofing needs. Also Heather in the office was great to work with. Super friendly .

  Very pleased with the excellent & quick roof replacement from this company. Many shingles missing from storms & wind damage over the years. They worked nonstop & disposed of all debris when it was completed. Reasonable proposal, 10-yr guarantee and great service from their Office Manager.

  Was very responsive to our request to examine our roof storm damage. Very professional in evaluating the damage remediation necessary and did not try to upsell as other roofing companies did. Price was reasonable, scheduling was easy and the repairs and clean up look great.

  Nasco did my roof after hail damage a few years ago so I just had them do my Mom’s- They did a great job on both and most importantly they know how to work with the insurance adjuster to get it approved. They specialize in hail damage because they go up on the roof with the adjuster and know what to point out to get your job approved. You will likely get Heather when you call in and she is a pleasure to work with and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

  We had a large shingle roof and gutters replaced. They were straightforward to deal with - no high pressure sales tactics. They did a high quality job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We would use them again.
