  UPDATE 1- 22- 26. This review was reported as harassment on Jan. 4 and the decision is pending. We take feedback seriously; however, we have no record of this individual ever being a customer of ours. In messages sent to us through Facebook messenger the reviewer references an alleged incident from 2016, and we have no documentation supporting this claim, no estimates, invoices, communications, or job history. Additionally, we do not accept upfront payment for jobs and do not operate on undocumented, cash only arrangements as described. if this reviewer believes there is a legitimate misunderstanding, we welcome them to contact us directly with any verifiable details so we can review the matter appropriately, we standby our business practices, and our reputation in the community.

  The hole in the roof is for the box gutter outlet. This is something that needs to be completed by the gutter company. We did come back on March 6th and 9 of 2023 check on things. We also came back on March 26th 2024 and installed a plumbing boot for free

  I had them come out to give me an estimate for insurance company for tornado damage. Never received the estimate. Doesn't return calls.

  The roof was redone recently by Myers Roofing. We have a leak that is now causing damage inside our house. I have tried to get in contact regarding getting the leak fixed and our warranty with no response. I have called many times across the past few weeks at various times. The voicemail box is full on both listed numbers. The “Request a Quote” does not work. Neither does the chat feature. We are not sure how else to get in contact to get the roof fixed. Very upsetting and disappointing.

  Hard to get a hold of. Corresponded for months. Agreed to do the work on a set date. Never showed up. When I reached out to reschedule, he never responded. Nice guy, poor experience

  I had a great experience with Ty’s Roofing! From start to finish, Ty was professional, reliable, and easy to work with.   My experience with Myers Roofing and Siding has been excellent. They installed new gutters and replaced and painted some wood siding on my home. My house looks great and I will definitely be using them again.

  Roofer showed up on time, communication was very good and professional, explained my issue in a way that made sense to me and let me know how long the repair would take and what to expect. Ty did an excellent job and there were no surprises. I will use him again if something else comes up, he's good at what he does in my opinion. 🙂👍

  We have had Myers out a few different times to fix minor issues (fascia, vent stacks, vent install) after we bought a new house - price has been great, explanations were thorough, and scheduling was easy!

  I am very pleased with my new roof with Myers Roofing. Ty and Ian both pay careful attention to detail and take pride in their work. They are very honest and hard working. I am amazed at the quick turnaround to a new roof. It is refreshing to find a company that cares about their community and does not seek to nickel and dime.

  Myers Roofing put a new metal roof on our home several years ago. When a tornado put a tree on our house, Ty Myers was one of the first people out to take a look. When we wanted to upgrade our gutters to mitigate a drainage issue, Ty and Ian did quality work and the gutters work and look great. Most recently, we needed some work done to improve ventilation and, once again, Ty and Ian were on the job. On top of all that, Myers roofing have been easy to work with, worked to meet our demanding time schedule, and did great work. Totally recommend Myers Roofing for all your roofing needs!

  Myers Roofing was great! They put the new roof on the house we just bought and had it completed before closing! We reached back out to them because one of our gutter downspouts was clogged, and they were there the very next morning! Ty was very polite and accommodating, even when there was confusion about which gutter needed cleaned (my bad). They had it taken care of in no time! We will definitely use Myers roofing again in the future.
