Took 2 hours to respond on the phone & all of their ads are ai 😭😭😭 (same guy messaged me less than 24 hours later, saying all the AI he paid for his off his page. What about all the AI he made in his free time promoting his business. Yep, that’s still up on his page. He completely missed the point & is stubborn to understand. …

Hello, “Bunny Bunz.” You called our office after 5:00 p.m., when we were already closed. Even so, we returned your call around 7:00 p.m.—well outside normal business hours. You then told us you would remove this negative review only if we stopped using AI. Leaving a one-star review for a company you have never hired, and then using that review as leverage to dictate how the company operates, is not legitimate customer feedback. It is manipulation. For the record, we are not using AI-generated videos in our marketing. More importantly, your review has nothing to do with the quality of our roofing, customer service, workmanship, or business practices because you have never been our customer. We are a locally owned small business that works extremely hard for our customers and community while competing against multimillion-dollar national corporations. Randomly attempting to damage that business because you dislike a technology is irresponsible and unfair. You apparently found us through Facebook, one of the largest technology and AI companies in the world. Do you also plan to stop using Facebook, Google, streaming services, television, smartphones, and every other company incorporating AI into its operations? Or is your outrage reserved for small local businesses that are easier to target?

My Family Roofing quickly responded to my original call regarding repairing a leak in the roof of a rental we own. They had the leak repaired within 3 days, leaving the work site picked up'ed and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone whom requests a referral from me. They kept us very informed throughout.
