called to have someone come out ... the lady said they had someone scheduled to come out in 2 days ... a week went by no one showed up and they won't return my calls ... this company is struggling to get the basics done right ... wouldn't trust them to fix my roof

Great experience from start to finish. Showed up when they said they would, answered every and all questions, presented us with all the quote options when requsted, and kept us in the loop the entire time. The crew that did the work were on time and did a fantastic job, they also did a great job on cleanup and did multiple sweeps around the perimeter to make sure all nails and trash were gone. Couldn't recommend this team enough, they run a proper operation with someone actually in the office managing the jobs/quotes/opportunities and not just a solo roofer trying to fit you in when they can get to you.

As you know, it seems impossible to get work done when you want it. This Company responded immediately to our call; gave us a quote the next day and reshingled our rook in three weeks. The crew were on time, polite and pleasant. Special thanks to Darrin Davis and Dan Brundridge for their thoroughness in finding and sealing some nagging leaks that other companies could not find. We have already given references to several of our friends. Thank you! Tim & Debbie Hogan
