  When he felt like he had the job, he made promises to me, when Statefarm did not approved the full roof, he disappeared like he knew magic, he never said bye. This is very bad business for an up-and-coming new business. No left messages, no missed calls or follow up from this company.

  My response is a copy-and-paste from the three other one-star reviews, all posted by the same person under different names regarding the same incident. Please pay attention to their other accounts and the reviews they’ve left for other businesses, which are all negative one-star ratings. This is from the individual who is accusing us of having fake reviews. I asked you to take this with a grain of salt. About three weeks ago, Mr. Foster & Mrs. Chuey Leone contacted MRC Roofing to request an estimate for patching his roof. At that time, two-thirds of his roof was covered with tarps, and the condition of the shingles was poor. We informed him that, given the age and condition of the roof, patching it would not be feasible as it could lead to further damage. Mr. Foster was hesitant to pay for a full roof replacement after his insurance company denied coverage for the entire roof. To assist him, MRC Roofing requested that his insurance company conduct a reinspection and reconsider their decision regarding the full roof replacement. Unfortunately, this can be a lengthy process, as insurance companies typically do not rush to approve claims. After the insurance company denied the roof claim a second time, Mr. Foster still did not want to proceed with a full roof replacement. During a late Friday call, we attempted to explain to Mr. Foster that we would not patch a deteriorating roof. However, during this conversation, either the call dropped or he hung up. Both my office manager and I tried to call Mr. Foster back, but we received no answer, and his voicemail system was not functioning properly, making it impossible to leave a message. Please understand that when you call our business, there may be other customers waiting, which can result in some calls being placed on hold to assist others. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We take great pride in our work and craftsmanship and would never attempt a repair that could potentially cause further damage.

  He lied to us and asked us to wait for two weeks while he came up with a plan B. We ended up calling him after three weeks. The person that answers the calls at MRC who helps Micheal dodge calls when he gives up on business that he doesn't get, kept forgetting that he spoke to us. He never explained to us that the roof was in bad shape, he never talked to us about anything besides, give him time, he will work out something. He had my wife and I waiting and waiting, we had to call him. Now he's lying to cover up and it's embarrassing for a business to cover up and lie to a customer. I plan to assure you that I know enough people in Shreveport / Bossier to let them know how bad this business is. I hope that BBB talks to him about these lies. (We have money, your business needs money). He was very unprofessional, with tight cut off shorts, tight with holes.

  Please be aware, read and understand. We needed help a with roof repair or roof damages. We called Micheal who is the owner of the company. Micheal from MRC roofing came by to look at the damages. He made us feel that he was going to make us feel comfortable and that we had nothing to worry about. The issuance company didn't see one hundred per cent damages on the roof. Micheal makes the statement that this is what insurance companies do, give them two weeks (note when I did call Micheal was driving with his family going out of town). In between the time and before that I received no follow up call, no curtesy call or anything. I had to make several calls three weeks later to ask how things were coming along with my roof. Someone in his office took the call (Micheal wouldn't come to the phone), the office person kept putting me on hold and then he would come back with my reply or answer. Finally, the company said that they couldn't do the job. Bad customer service Facts: If I had not called them, I would be still sitting and waiting on them to give me that call that they promised me. Fact 2, Because MRC didn't get the full roof job which would have paid them more money, MRC decided that a small job doesn't pay them anything, so MRC decided to drop the customer and the job all together without letting the customer know. Facts 3, my roof has a tarp over it because of roof damages which may causes leaks, MRC didn't care enough for the customer to give a curtesy call that they weren't going to do it. This is the type of business that can't be trusted. When the workers lie to you it's one thing, when the owner lie to a customer, that's really scary. They only been in business for three years, their start is desperate and it's all about making a pay day, not earning a customer one by one to build their business. BE AWARE, friends must have given them 5 stars, ghost wish.

  Randy R. Came out to our house. He was patient and explained everything to me and went through the whole process. He was kind and respectful. He made me feel comfortable and safe letting him be in my home. Really an amazing person and cant recommend him enough to my friends/ family.

  I worked with Brown Hirsch and he was great. He was respectful and courteous every time we spoke, explained what was needed and how the time frame worked. He worked directly with the insurance which was fast and easy. The day of installation the crew was hard working, made a minimum amount of mess and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They dropped the old roofing material onto a tarp, instead of scattering on the driveway and also protected the flower bed and grass with it. I found no nails in the parking area when they left. I would gladly recommend MRC Roofing to anyone.

  Randy Roberson was the representative handing out roof. He made sure I was aware of everything, he even got us new gutters approved. Randy has high integrity and character, trustworthy and dependable 10/10

  Randy got everything set up for us! he came and inspected our home roof and the shed roof. Randy is very knowledgeable about what the insurance company may or may not cover. Thanks to Randy's keen eye for hail damage I was able to get insurance to cover my roof replacement 100%. The guys removed the old roof, hauled it off, and installed the new roof all within one day! In less than 12 hours we had a new roof and I am happy to look at our new roof everyday we get home. Randy is such a good person and we were so happy to work with him :)

  I can’t express how happy I am with MRC! Randy offered to inspect my roof and he found out there was hail damage that I wasn’t aware of. It had recently hailed but I didn’t think it had caused the damage it did. Randy immediately helped me get in touch with my insurance company and then he handled everything with them. Even the supplemental claim was taken care of by Randy and MRC. Randy gave me several options for roofing materials and he even sent me images of my house with different roofs so I could actually see which color and type of roof I wanted. The crew that came out and installed my new roof was exceptional. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up every single thing. My new roof looks great and really improved the overall look of my house. I love it!
