  If you have started reading this review, please do not stop reading it until you have read the whole review. Why? Because my experience will save you from anxiety, disappointment, and anger. Fifteen years ago my insurance company replace my roof because of hail damage. Once they sent their inspector, it only took 2 weeks to receive the full amount for the roof. At that time, the insurance company would send you a check for the full amount and you are able to choose your own contractor. The first mistake I made was going on Angie's List letting everyone know that I was looking for a roofer. Because of my first mistake announcing my need to Angie's List, I had Roofers calling me continuously for days. The second mistake I made was not doing my research and reading reviews on the company that I chose. The third mistake was I did not know what was needed to keep my roof from the elements. Now how can I help you to avoid anxiety, disappointment, and anger towards your insurance company and pick the right roofer for the job. This year my neighborhood was struck by hail and I thought that I would get the same respect that I got 15 years ago. I could not believe what happened when I called the claims office about my roof. The person on the phone acted like I was calling to give a bomb threat. I was so disappointed all I could do was hang up the phone. As I sat at my kitchen room table, all I could think about is how I am going to make my insurance company pay for my roof? As I sat talking to the Lord, I heard the doorbell ring. When I answered the door, the person handed me his card and said, "I will fight the insurance company for you." That first initial contact with the person who was. knocking at the door, took away my anxiety. He introduced himself as Oussama Belattar Project Manager for Mr. Telhas Roofing and Restoration.   Hail damage required the replacement of the roof, gutters, and siding trim on our home. Joe and Oussama, of Mr. Telhas Roofing Company, worked with our insurance company setting up the inspection appointment after determining that we had hail damage to our home. Both were present for the inspection with the insurance claims resource person. I am convinced that having them there for the inspection helped us not only get the roof replacement, but the gutters and the aluminum trim on our siding, also. Once the payment was received from our insurance company (it took ten days to arrive), I set up the appointment with Joe to begin the work. Work started in under two weeks. The roof was replaced on a Friday, the gutters on the following Monday, and the siding trim the following Saturday. Our house looks fantastic. All three services done in nine days. The whole process took just under six weeks from storm damage to final replacement service. Mr. Telhas has replaced roofs on three other homes on our street. Other neighbors on our street are still waiting for their roofing contractors to show up. It has been over three months since the storm! If you are looking for a roofing contractor who provides excellent customer service, then you should call Mr. Telhas Roofing. Pat V.

  Amazing service, he came out looked at our roof and was able to give us a quick and accurate diagnosis of what was going on with our roof, what he could do for us, and how he was going to handle every bit of dealing with insurance. After the install which was done very promptly we are so happy with the results and feel great about knowing we are safe for a very long time with our new roof.

  The Telhas team were exceptionally easy to work with, high quality service, communicative and flexible thru the entire roof/gutter replacement process. They listened to our asks and delivered well above our expectations even though they had to travel from Kansas City to Wichita to accomplish the work scope which other local contractors in our neighborhood were delaying homeowners upto 4-6 weeks. Highly recommend!

  We had a tree fall on our roof in a storm and hail damage. MrTelhas Roofing helped us get with the insurance to get the entire roof replaced. The team was very efficient and did great, fast work. They replaced the roof, added venting and replaced the gutters. The communication with the insurance company and us was very clear and precise. Highly recommend this company.   I located Mr. Telhas roofing through Thumbtack. We had a leak inside the coat closet right inside our front door. Closer inspection revealed hail damage on the roof, aluminium window trim damage and a couple other spots. We received a positive insurance claim for all of it. Joe Mariano, the owner, and his crews did fantastic jobs on all work, interior and exterior! Joe is a delightful personality, who cares about his customers. He and his project manager, Nick, came and checked on the work throughout the process. We couldn't have asked for more conscientious service.
