  I had a ceiling leak in my house and Safe Harbor Roofing did the repairs to the roof in what they thought would fix the leak. They did a great job on this repair. Unfortunately, it did not fix the leak. I called them back to let them know this and no call back for weeks. After multiple calls, I had another representative come take a look. After that nothing. After multiple calls, I gave up. Four months later I get an invoice out of nowhere, even though the problem was never fixed. They do good work, but may not necessarily fix your problem or return your calls. They may forget to call you back, but not to invoice you.

  Safe Harbor Exteriors replaced a roof fan for us last summer. They were efficient, prompt and did the job in a timely fashion and for the price they quoted. I use their services again.

  Great experience for our siding job. Justin did not waste our time during the bidding process. Had a detailed out bid that let you know exactly what was included, no add on pricing. Great communication leading up to & during the installation. Any issue was dealt with promptly. Vince, site supervisor, was amazing. Confirming we were happy with everything. Vince & Justin checked on the progress daily. The crews cleaned up daily. We were very pleased with the quality of work. No change orders. On time & on budget. A great experience from start to finish.

  All we had was a small job. Two windows needed replacement. We were well taken care of, like it was a much larger project. It's nice to see a quality contractor willing to do it all.

  Safe Harbor did a fine job with my fascia/soffit/and gutter replacement. Their service was fast and professional. The front office was easy to communicate with and responsive. Generally happy with my end product and how I got there.

  Safe Harbor Exteriors replaced our roof and repaired our James Hardie siding. Steve Scheffler, the owner, was very responsive. Before we signed off, Steve answered all our questions about materials, scheduling, and the scope of work. The roof came with a GAF Silver Pledge warranty, which provided us with peace of mind and reduced our homeowner insurance premium. The project ran smoothly. Deliveries and start dates were communicated clearly in advance, and any schedule changes were promptly flagged. The crew was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The final walkthrough with the foreman confirmed that the workmanship on both the roof and siding was excellent. I highly recommend Safe Harbor Exteriors for anyone who needs roofing or siding work done right.

  From the initial phone call requesting a quote to the post-installation follow-up meeting, this has been a positive and actually enjoyable experience! Truth and transparency are important to them. Understanding your needs and working to meet them. The sent out a solid, quiet, and professional group of installers who worked hard and did an excellent job. We will definitely use Safe Harbor for our future needs (of which we have many with a cenutury-old Victorian).
