  Ignores no soliciting sign, has been here three times in the last two months, and the rep apologized citing they are new. I called the main 913 number and got to the Colorado "corporate office". I have reported this business to the police non-emergency line for ordinance violations.

  Jessica and Bobby are simple amazing! We had a few roofring companies come out and a lot of them were pushy, or just didn’t explain very well. Jessica and Bobby are the opposite! They were patient, explained everything, answered every question and concern, advocated for us with insurance, and were there every step of the way. Not once did we feel pushed into something we did not want. They came out multiple times, throughout the build and after and were very responsive when we had questions. They are genuine people who are honest and caring. My husband and I feel like we’ve gained friends out of this which is just the kind of people they are! Highly highly recommend!!

  Greg has been super helpful and trustworthy throughout this entire process. Everything was smooth and he was nice and patient. He definitely made my experience with Intertstate Roofing a memorable one for sure!

  With this company it all depends on who your project manager is. In the end, we are satisfied with our roof but the process was one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve ever had. Our project manager Daniel was a horrible communicator. When he tried to answer our questions he didn’t explain them well. He told us things that didn’t make sense and would just tell us to trust him because he’s been doing this a long time. His manager later confirmed to us that the things he told us were incorrect i don’t just trust people who can’t answer my questions. He asked us to claim things in our home to the insurance adjuster that were not caused by the hail storm. He asked us several times not to replace our expensive k guard gutters and get cheaper ones to use our gutter money on the roof. He did not tell us the work crew would show up the next morning until the day before and only because we called him. on one phone call he said i had an attitude. we asked his general manager to have him stop contacting us and he continued to after the general manager told him to stop the workers ran out of materials the day of install and we had to call the general manager to have them come back and finish it correctly. the general manager greg as well as quality control person were good and made the experience acceptable.

  They’re focused on insurance-funded replacements rather than repairs. Don’t bother if you need a small thing repaired.

  Brent is awesome. He took us through everything step by step. Like roofing for dummies! He helped make the entire process easy and efficient. The roofing team arrived early this morning. It is now about noon and they are cleaning up. Amazing! The roof looks fabulous. I highly recommend Brent and his team at Interstate Roofing.

  Jessica & Bobby came out to do a free inspection and were very helpful and honest and informed us that we really didn’t have storm related damages which we were so glad to hear! In the event that we had damage, we would’ve chosen to work with them based on their character, honesty and all around friendliness.
