  Good, fast, cheap... pick one? They were certainly fast, but at the expense of nearly everything else. Months later I'm still finding nails in the yard, dents in the downspouts, and incorrectly reinstalled gutter screens. And that's after I had to ask them to come back to clean the tar off my driveway, attempt to reinstall the gutter screens, and replace the dented downspouts that I initially found. Based on a recommendation from Patrick Exteriors, I had much higher hopes. If you need a roof installed quickly and you really, truly don't care about anything else, go with Buck. But if you want a roofing crew that takes care of your property and leaves it as good as they found it, go with someone else.

  We take all reviews seriously, but when it is anonymous we can not give it much credibility. We answer our phones 24/7, 365 days a year. Warranties are always a same day priority, if you would have called in and told us you had a situation we would have immediately responded.   Wouldn't recommend these people to replace a doghouse roof. Did fine on the barn and house, but replacement of the 2 metal building roofs went bad. Leaking roofs on both. Took a local company to fix one. Nobody has fixed the 2nd. Mark took the check and won't return calls.

  it was terrible! They started working on my roof Sept 16, 2016 in the morning and actually still is not completed to satisfaction and to this day still trying to get it corrected with many trips back and forth to my house and me missing work to meet them at times. The workers took it upon them selves to go to my barn and empty a wheel barrel and a Rubbermaid farm cart to haul the old shingles to their trailer. AND end up breaking the cart. There are gashes in my siding where old shingles were thrown off the roof onto boards that were leaned up against the house to "protect" the siding... needles to say every time it hit the boards it chipped the siding. They promised to take my deck furniture off before they started as part of the deal but just pushed the pieces to the front of the deck instead. They put a tarp down to throw the old shingles down then drag off the deck to the dump trailer. in the process broke a class top table and snagged a few boards of the deck. When we inspected the work that was done found open seams the call was made to my sales person and started with trying to get all on the issues resolved. Still trying... I have had 3 people come by to look at the roof for references. After they looked around it close up they went to other roofing companies. I spoke with 4 other companies before I decided on BUCK Roofing. I had heard and seen many good things about them but my roof experience with them is NOTHING to what I expected.

  Great experience with Buck Roofing replacing our storm damaged roof and gutters. Contacted them through their website and got a call from Jesse within 48 hours. He came out promptly and did an inspection within just a few days. Work was done efficiently and through some of the hottest days of the summer. Each night the work crew cleaned up and when the work was completed you wouldn't have even known they were there but for the new roof. Jesse communicated with us frequently and was easy to reach as we set things up and during the project. Even contacting us afterwards to ensure we were happy with the work. Very pleased with our choice of Buck Roofing and would recommend them highly!

  Gabe with Buck Roofing was great! He responded to emails and text messages in a timely manner. He was very accommodating and understanding and helpful with everything! Helped us work with insurance also since we had hail damage. He fought for us because he knew it was hail damage and made it clear when he thought things should not be covered. He was very knowledgeable. He also coordinated with the hvac company because we needed our exhaust pipe redone from the water heater. His team did a great job on the install and double checked to make sure everything was cleaned up when they were done.

  Buck Roofing adheres to a very high standard in customer service, workmanship, and product integrity. They originally installed the roof on our home under the previous owner, and after purchasing the house, we contacted them about a few modifications to better align with our preferences, as well as the addition of bathroom roof vents to comply with current building codes. Chase and the Buck Roofing team were professional, responsive, and thorough. He clearly explained the recommendations, and the crew delivered quality work with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and deliver a premium-quality product. We felt confident throughout the process and highly recommend!
