We are delighted with the look and quality of our new roof. After exploring roof options, Mountaintop offered a metal roof that complements the architectural style of our home. Once we made the decision to move forward with a new roof, Mountaintop made the process easy. They provided samples to help us confidently select the shingle color and texture. Mountaintop’s professional, responsive communication throughout the project supported our positive experience, including communications with sales and office staff, installers, and foreperson. We are very happy with our decision to work with Mountaintop Metal Roofing.

Couldn’t be happier with the roof! Interlocking tiles on our 110 year old beach cabin in Manzanita. Looks made for the place! Everyone we worked with was outstanding and professional. Quick, thorough work done by the crew. Super friendly and addressed some structural issues we had with confidence and skill. Will highly recommend and I have done already. Thank you!

We interviewed several roofing contractors, for both asphalt and metal shingle. We knew metal shingles would cost roughly twice what asphalt would. We are counting on it paying off in the life of the roof which should be more than twice …

Thank you, Michael — we appreciate you taking the time to share such a thorough review. We’re glad the Permalock embossed shingles and the finished look met your expectations, and that our installation and gutter crews were efficient, tidy, and responsive. I’m also glad the minor miscommunication was resolved quickly by our project manager and that communication with Damon and our office team was helpful. We appreciate your trust and the opportunity to work on your home.

We had a wonderful experience with Mountaintop Metal Roofing. I waited to write this review because I wanted to experience the new roof (and in particular the new venting) in both cold and hot weather. We selected this company because we were interested in metal shingles, we liked their warranty, and also how they do the venting. We have a complicated roof with lots of pitches, valleys, skylights, and curved eaves. We had poorly vented attic spaces adjacent to upstairs rooms that literally radiated heat off the walls (with insulation and a heat pump) because it was so hot up there. We worked with Mike Torres on the sales side, who was great at explaining the system, and a team of two (!!) guys showed up to do the actual tear off and install. They worked their a$$es off and did such a great job. We had 3 new skylights installed as part of this project and they made sure they were exactly as we wanted them. The roof not only looks amazing and fits perfectly with the style of our home, but the performance is just as they promised. It was more expensive than an asphalt roof, but not by as much as we were expecting and the warranty is transferrable with the house if we sell it. We couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend them.

The professionalism and quality of work is what stood out the most to me. The installers were very hard working all day long. Other homes in our area were getting their roofs replaced by other companies and were left a mess between work days. Not our place. Thanks to the installers and Kailey for taking care of us!

Alex, thank you for the wonderful review and for noticing our team's professionalism and attention to detail. We're proud our installers kept your property clean and that Kailey took great care of you throughout the project. We appreciate the trust you placed in us and your feedback means a lot.

This company knocked it out of the park on our home. We had a full replacement of an existing metal roof, 9 skylights and full gutter replacement. We had some issues with our home and Mountaintop Metal Roofing really worked with us on the semi -expected/unexpected items.( I say semi expected because they told us at initial inspection it could be possibility. ) Install quality was above what I expected. Clean up was better than expected and daily. Sales, Management, Demo, Gutters, Install Crews, and Owner are all fantastic to deal with. Got bids from 4 companies, and so glad we went with these guys.

A full metal roof replacement, 9 skylights, and full gutter replacement is a major job, and we’re honored you chose Mountaintop Metal Roofing. We truly appreciate your trust and kind words about our entire team!

A common question we receive when it comes to Copper roofing: "Why is the copper changing color?" This is one of our favorite questions to answer! When copper first goes on, it's bright and warm, almost rose-gold. You kind of just want to stand there and look at it. Then it starts to live a little. Over the first few years it settles into deep, rich browns — that's the Bow, WA roof you're seeing, at year four. And decades down the road, it will drift toward that soft green you know from old churches and courthouse domes. Verdigris, it's called. Here's the part we love telling homeowners: none of that is wear. Every shade is a thin layer the copper grows on its own, to protect itself. It's the same reason these roofs will outlast the people who install them. So a copper roof doesn't really get old. It settles in. And because no two weather quite the same, yours slowly becomes yours — a little different from every other roof on the block. If you plan to be in your home longterm and don't want to worry about your roof again, we are here with multiple metal roofing solutions for you: Do it Once and Do it right.Jul 8, 2026Learn more
