After the heavy rain, I noticed a small roof leak and called Mountain View Roofing based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Jordan came out the next day, checked the whole roof, and found that a few nails had lifted around the flashing near a roof vent. He secured the nails back in place and applied roofing sealant around the vent flashing and a few other spots that needed attention. The repair was handled quickly, and the full roof inspection gave me extra peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them to neighbors and plan to use them again when it is time for a full roof replacement.

I had a small leaking metal roof repair that needed quick attention. A few local roofing companies said the job was too small, and another roofer kept promising to come out but stopped responding. Then I called Jordan, and the whole experience turned around. Jordan came by the next day to inspect the roof, sent over a clear estimate the following evening, and was on site just a couple of days later. Once the repair started, the water damage under the metal roofing was more extensive than it first looked, but he kept me informed the whole time. Since I was out of town, he sent photos and explained what needed to be fixed so I knew exactly what was happening. He finished the roof repair in one day, and the work looked great. The price was very fair, and the service was professional, responsive, and honest. It was a smooth process from inspection to completion, and I would highly recommend Jordan for metal roof leak repair and other roofing work in Mountain View.

I wish I could give 6 stars or more for my experience with Mountain View Roofing. From the first call, Danny was easy to talk with and quickly set up a time to visit our home in Mountain View. He brought plenty of roofing samples, explained the pros and cons of different shingle options and underlayment choices, and shared strong recommendations based on our steep roof and the local CA weather. He also showed us many customer references, which gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward. We have a very high-pitch roof, and the finished work was outstanding. It truly made the whole house look refreshed from the gutters all the way to the ridge. The crew even painted the roof vents to match the new roof color, which really showed their care and attention to detail. That extra effort made a big difference in the final look. The project moved fast and was completed in about a day and a half, but the workmanship never felt rushed. The cleanup was excellent too. There were no loose shingles, nails, or trash left behind. The crew took care to protect our landscaping, windows, doors, and other areas around the house during the tear-off and installation. Danny also coordinated with my backyard contractor to make sure everything around the roofing work stayed protected and properly planned out. It was clear he thought ahead, communicated well, and stood behind the work. I highly recommend them for any roofing job. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, the craftsmanship was top quality, and the service exceeded expectations. I would absolutely use them again.

Brady at Mountain View Roofing was excellent to work with. I called about a roof leak that had started showing through the downstairs ceiling, and he responded quickly. He got up on the roof, tracked down the source of the leak, and repaired the damaged area right away. I also asked for a full roof inspection, and he was happy to check the rest of the shingles, flashing, and other problem spots. He took clear photos of wear and damage that can come with an older home and explained everything in simple terms so we could understand what needed attention now and what could wait. He also gave helpful advice on the best next steps for maintenance and future repairs. The pricing was fair and honest, and the whole process felt straightforward from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for roof repairs, inspections, or even a full roof replacement. Great service and dependable roofing work.

They handled two small roofing repairs for us, and both visits were friendly, professional, and very helpful. During the first repair, some high siding near the roofline had come loose after a strong shock wave, and the crew was glad to take care of that while they were already on site at no extra cost. They also secured it well so it would stay in place and protect the roof edge better. After the latest repair, danny took time to explain the insurance claim process in simple terms and even left a few extra shingles for possible future touch-ups. it was clear the team cared about quality work, good communication, and making sure everything around the roof was safe and sealed properly. i really appreciated how easy they were to work with, and they left the area clean when the job was done. highly recommend this roofing crew if you want honest service, solid roof repair, and people who stand behind their work.

After seeing several homes in Mountain View getting roofing work after a rough storm, we reached out for a roof inspection and estimate. Danny arrived quickly, did a very thorough check of our shingles and overall roof condition, and explained the insurance process in simple, helpful terms, including how roofing claims are usually reviewed and approved. Danny spent plenty of time looking everything over and answered our questions clearly without any pressure. In the end, we were told the roof only had very minor wear and did not need repairs right now. We really appreciated the honest assessment, quick response, and professional roofing knowledge. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

After a summer storm, I asked Jordan from a local roofing contractor to inspect my roof for damage. The inspection showed enough storm impact that I moved forward with an insurance claim and chose Jordan to handle the roof restoration and related exterior work. Once the insurance adjuster completed the inspection and the scope of work was reviewed, Jordan managed the roofing project from start to finish. He handled the details of the restoration, coordinated the work smoothly, and also added upgraded gutter toppers to improve drainage and help protect the home. I appreciated how easy the whole process felt, including permits, material deliveries, inspections, final finishing, and cleanup. Jordan was also very helpful during my communication with the insurance company and guided me through the payment process until everything was wrapped up according to the policy. The final roofing invoice was handled as expected, with only the deductible and the approved gutter topper upgrade remaining. Overall, it was a smooth, professional roofing experience and I felt well taken care of throughout the project.

what a great experience. i knew my home needed a new roof, so after getting a few roofing estimates i chose this team. jordan came out that same week, walked me through the roofing options and pricing, and answered every question in simple terms. he even showed me material samples that would be used on the roof, all the way down to the ring-shank nails, which made me feel confident about the quality of the work. the whole roofing process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. brady kept me updated on the schedule and worked with me so i could be home because i have an older dog who gets nervous when there is noise from roof work. that extra care meant a lot. the roofing crew arrived on time, got right to work, and stayed polite and professional the entire time. it was clear they knew what they were doing. they worked efficiently, handled the tear-off and installation with care, and made sure everything was completed the right way. when the job was finished, they cleaned up every part of the property touched by the project. i did not find a single nail, scrap of shingle, or leftover debris anywhere. replacing a roof is a big investment, but they made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and well organized. the workmanship, communication, and cleanup were all excellent. money well spent and i am very happy with the new roof.
