I’m very happy with the roof work and the materials used by Best Roof Maintenance. I found them online and saw they were GAF certified with a strong BBB rating, which helped me choose them over other roofing companies I was comparing. I cared more about solid workmanship and long-term roof protection than just the lowest price, even though cost still mattered. My old roof had leaked more than once, so I needed a reliable roofing contractor to fix the problem the right way. The crew responded quickly, stayed on schedule, and handled the job fast while still keeping the quality high. They explained the roofing process clearly, used dependable materials, and made me feel confident that the roof was built to last in hot weather and seasonal storms. The finished work gave me real peace of mind, and I highly recommend them because they do the job right.

I got several roofing quotes, and even though some were lower, I chose Best Roof Maintenance because of the strong reviews and how easy they were to work with. They were straightforward, honest, and did not use any sales pressure. It was clear they know roofing well, with fair pricing and no gimmicks. After I approved the estimate, they scheduled the project quickly and the whole process went smoothly. The crew completed the full roof replacement, replaced the skylights, and even took care of an air vent, all with great attention to detail. They also helped me understand how to set up the solar skylight, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, friendly, and worked hard from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure the roof system was solid, secure, and done right. I was referred by a friend, and after this experience, I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

we first scheduled a roof inspection, and the setup was simple and convenient. the inspector arrived on time, and moving forward with the roofing service was a great choice. the crew was friendly, professional, and easy to reach by phone and email throughout the whole project. on our older home, the roof had not been installed the right way, and two layers of shingles were covering large gaps and other problem areas. the team clearly explained what they found, walked us through the needed roof repair and replacement work, and made everything easy to understand. they completed the new roofing system with great workmanship, and we are very pleased with the final result and the overall communication from start to finish.

Excellent roofing service. I called about a roof leak, and Raymond came out the same day, found the source, made a quick repair, and got my roofing appointment set up right away. The crew arrived early in the morning, and Elias introduced himself as the site supervisor and walked me through the job. They worked efficiently all day and showed real care for my home and yard. They put down tarps well around the house, protected the landscaping, cleaned up all the roofing debris, and even blew off the sidewalk, porch, and deck. When they finished, everything looked neat and spotless. Other than the great-looking new roof, you could hardly tell they had been there. No nails in the driveway, no shingle scraps in the yard, and no mess left behind. I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail from start to finish. If you need roofing work in Mountain View and want a dependable, skilled crew, this is a top-notch team that does excellent work.

After a recent hail storm, our roof had clear damage along with some gutters and window screens. A neighbor recommended a roofing contractor, so I called for a roof inspection. Elias was very easy to work with and gave us a thorough inspection report with plenty of photos showing the storm damage to the shingles, flashing, and other roofing areas. When the insurance adjuster wanted to do a separate inspection, Elias offered to meet them on site and walk the roof with them to answer questions and point out the damage. That level of service really stood out to us and made the whole roofing claim process much easier. Once the roofing job started, we were impressed by how organized, professional, and efficient the crew was. They tore off the old roof, installed a full new shingle roof, upgraded the ventilation to help keep the attic cooler during hot weather, and handled cleanup very well. The project moved quickly, but the workmanship and attention to detail were excellent from start to finish. Raymond was also incredibly helpful with the paperwork and communication during the insurance process. Every step was handled professionally, and we always felt informed and supported. Overall, this was an honest, fair, and high-quality roofing experience, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, storm damage help, or a full roof replacement.

Best Roof Maintenance resurfaced the flat roof on all three sections of our commercial building, and the outcome was excellent. For the first time in many years, the building is staying dry with no more ongoing leak issues. They took care of problem areas around the skylights, flashing, and other roof penetrations, and the roof coating system sealed everything up well. After the work was completed, we were able to move forward with installing solar panels over the newly coated, watertight roof with confidence. The crew was professional, easy to work with, and clearly understood commercial roofing, flat roof repair, and roof maintenance. Communication was smooth from start to finish, the job site was kept organized, and the finished roof looks solid and well protected for the warm Mountain View climate. I would highly recommend them for any flat roofing or roof restoration project.

Thank you to Elias for the fast response to my emergency roofing service request. Elias quickly found the source of the roof leak over my den and explained the problem clearly. After a careful roof inspection, he offered a prompt repair solution and also checked the rest of the roofing system for any hidden damage I may not have noticed. This was not my first time calling for roof repair help. On a previous visit, Elias helped with another leak near my kitchen that required shingle replacement and vent stack reinforcement. The work was handled professionally and gave me confidence in the condition of my roof. I also want to recognize Raymond for his careful, dependable repair work. He did a great job completing the roofing repairs and was a big help on the earlier project as well. It is hard to find a roofer that is this responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. For leak repair, shingle work, and overall roof maintenance, this is my go-to roofing team.

Working with the roofing team was very easy from start to finish. Raymond came to our home in Mountain View, looked over the roof and exterior, and gave helpful suggestions on which roofing materials and related upgrades would work best. During that same visit, we received a clear and detailed estimate, which made the whole process simple to understand. After we approved the bid and paid the deposit, the materials arrived a few weeks later. Raymond and Elias coordinated everything well, including the delivery and job scheduling, so the project moved along smoothly. The roofing crew showed up on time and worked hard each day, even through very hot California weather. They handled the roof installation professionally and kept a steady pace without cutting corners. Whenever I had questions about the roofing work, flashing, gutters, and installation details, Elias and the crew were easy to talk to and always willing to explain things. Communication stayed strong the whole time, and it was clear the team stayed in close contact throughout the project. The job was completed in just a few days, including the new roof and related exterior trim work, and the final cleanup was very thorough. Most importantly, we now have a beautiful new roof that we are very happy with. I would definitely recommend Raymond, Elias, and their crew to anyone needing roofing services. As a repeat customer, I can say they make the entire process smooth, organized, and stress-free.
