Zachary and his roofing crew completed a silicone roof restoration on my metal warehouse roof in Mountain View. They pressure washed the roof, sealed every fastener, treated all likely leak areas with roofing paste, and applied two full coats of silicone across the entire surface. The roof felt noticeably cooler as soon as the job was done, which really helped the building stay more comfortable during hot California afternoons and made it easier for the A/C to keep up. Best of all, the roof has stayed watertight since the work was finished. Zachary and the crew were on time, polite, kept the job site clean, and worked around my schedule. They explained the roofing process clearly, paid close attention to detail, and delivered solid results. I would definitely recommend their roofing services.

They did not ask me to post this review, but I wanted to share my great experience. They installed my roof a while ago, and one big reason I chose them was the roofing warranty. You really learn how good a roofing company is not just from …

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with this roofing company. From the first meeting to the final cleanup, the whole re-roofing process for our house and shed was outstanding. Leonard, the Project Specialist, was …

A while back, we hired a roofer who patched a couple of roof flashing leaks, but the problem came back later and we could not reach him. After that, we called for professional roofing service and got prompt, courteous help that really went above and beyond. Much later, we noticed a small leak around one of the repaired flashing areas, so we called again. The team responded quickly, reviewed the earlier roof repair, and even though the warranty period had passed, they still took care of it at no charge. When the crew arrived, Dale and Leonard found that a rotted roof board also needed to be replaced. They handled the flashing repair and the wood replacement right away at no extra cost. They were professional, fast, and easy to work with, and they explained the roofing work clearly. In a place like Mountain View, where roofs deal more with sun, heat, and seasonal rain than freezing weather, it really matters to have a roofing company that stands behind its work. Very highly recommended for roof leak repair, flashing issues, and honest service. You will not be disappointed.

After a strong wind, I noticed one shingle was missing near the roof peak. I called about the small repair, and Zachary quickly set up a visit. Leonard came out the very next morning, checked the damaged spot, and replaced the missing shingle right away. He also made sure the surrounding shingles were secure and that the ridge area looked good. I was very impressed with how fast they responded, especially since it was such a minor roofing repair. It is great to work with a roofing team that is responsive, professional, and focused on customer service. They treated a small shingle issue with the same care and attention as a larger roof repair, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work.

we had a wonderful experience working with this roofing company in mountain view. the crew was punctual, sometimes arriving early and even staying late to make sure the job was done right. they were always in touch with us, and zachary patiently answered all of our questions. our home is about 3,600 square feet, and they removed all the old barrel tiles in just two days. the new metal roof installation was finished in three days, which was actually faster than they originally estimated. the whole project was wrapped up in less than two weeks! the team made sure to clean up the work area every day, which we really appreciated since we have a small dog. even the city inspector commented on the quality of their work, especially under the eaves and at the roof peaks—something most companies don’t pay much attention to. our new 1-1/2' sierra tan roof looks fantastic, and we’ve received several compliments from neighbors. we’re extremely happy with the results and have already recommended this roofing company to friends and family.

Mountain Roofing Pro did an excellent job replacing my roof. I had previously hired them for a roof replacement after some storm damage, and at that time, they added energy-saving features to the roof. For the most recent project, I went with a lighter color shingle, and thanks to the extra ventilation installed by Zachary, the attic now stays almost the same temperature as the outside, which is really impressive considering how warm it gets here. Besides roofing, the crew was able to repair other things that were affected by the storm, like the fence, gutters, windows, and even the chimney cap and mailbox. I appreciated not having to find several different companies to do all this work. The whole process was much smoother and less stressful because everything was handled by one team.

after a friend who owns several properties suggested mountain roofing pro, we reached out to have our leaking roof checked. dale came by and found a few spots that needed repairs. we decided to wait until spring to get started. later on, we noticed our attic vents were blocked, which led to moisture problems and water damage. dale answered our call late in the evening and showed up the next day to give us a quick fix until the main work could begin. when spring arrived, dale and his crew, zachary and leonard, replaced our old roof and installed new attic venting. the quality of their work was even better than we hoped for. they made sure we were happy at every step, listened carefully to our concerns about ventilation, and found a great solution that also looked good on our house. after finishing the roof, they even pointed out a gutter issue we already knew about and took care of it at a very reasonable price. everything was done on schedule and matched the original quote. we were impressed by how responsive and professional the team was. if you’re looking for reliable roofers who deliver real value, we definitely recommend giving them a call.

Dale was on time and professional during the first visit. After carefully checking and measuring my roof, he took the time to sit down and clearly explain the whole roofing process with easy-to-understand drawings, and gave me a quote right away. Since I have solar panels, they needed to be removed before starting the roofing work. Dale coordinated with the solar company’s schedule and got the whole roof finished in just three days. He did even more than I expected, making sure the wood paneling around my chimney was repaired perfectly. The job site was left spotless, with no roofing materials or debris left behind. Dale was always available to answer any questions I had before, during, and after the roof installation. I highly recommend Mountain Roofing Pro for any roofing project.
