  New fence and new roofs finished yesterday and looks wonderful. Thank you to the Monarch Roofing & Construction crew for the good job and hard work in extreme temperatures and especially Cesar Verdin for all your help in getting things covered and done. I would highly recommend them for your roofing and construction needs. UPDATE: Problems that came up after the initial review was posted. 1. Noticed nails missing in fence boards. Inspected the complete fence and found a total of 54 nails missing and some not completely set. They did come finish the nailing after I had to take my time to locate and mark the missing nails, which was not my job and shouldn't have had to do. 2. Had to use a magnet and picked up handfuls of nails out of my yard for 2 days after the roofing was completed. 3. Two turbine vents were installed over the attached garage for better venting of the garage. They were not installed level as should have been. Had to send Cesar a youtube video showing how to install them correctly. Basses were not installed correctly to begin with, not clocked properly for the pitch of the roof, but luckily we're still able to be adjusted to level without tearing the roof back off. They did come back and adjust after being shown how via the video. 4. Guttering crew came to do gutters, downspouts and were supposedly two metal wraps on eaves. Parked their truck in my front yard, which was soft from recent rains, and put tire ruts through my yard. I then had to try communicating with them, none of them spoke English, as to what the job involved. I think they did a decent job on Guttering but didn't get the eaves wrapped. So after they were done and gone, and it was going into nighttime, I went to walk around the house and look at the gutters. Didn't make it 10 steps into the yard and had a 2" screw shoot up through my shoe. Luckily I was able to shift my weight so it missed going in my foot.   Working with Monarch was quick and easy. Cesar was friendly, knowledgeable, and always kept me informed throughout the process. The work on my roof and gutters exceded my expectations. I’m very happy I chose them and would highly recommend!

  Monarch Roofing has been fantastic! Cesar is very easy to work with, and makes the whole process easy guiding you through step by step. He also is good dealing with the insurance company and making that process easy as well. I would recommend them to anyone!

  Mother’s house was leaking after recent hail storm. Was told from an out of town contractor that the roof whole was damaged and bid for a full replacement. Got a second bid from local company MONARCH ROOFING and was completely honest and only needed a few repairs saved us thousands and Defntly will be referring him to family.

Monarch Roofing provided a complete replacement, and the quality is unmatched. They installed Tamko Class 4 shingles, which are highly impact-resistant, new gutters, and the finish was perfect, with exceptional cleanup. Special thanks to Mr. Cesar Verdin, the owner, for his personal attention and for always being responsive to any call, message, or email. Thank you, Cesar.
