  Non-responsive, except to text you that some new emergency is keeping him from getting to your house as promised. Keeps you waiting for days……gee the dog ate my homework. Call someone else!!!

  I can't recommend Modern Roofing highly enough! While our actual roof installation isn't scheduled until later this week, I felt compelled to leave a review based solely on our experience with them so far. The level of communication and customer service has been absolutely phenomenal. A special shoutout to Alex, who has been our primary point of contact. Alex has been incredibly responsive, patient in answering all of our questions, and genuinely committed to ensuring we feel comfortable and informed throughout this entire pre-installation process. The collaboration has been seamless, and their professionalism has given us complete peace of mind. We are so looking forward to the new roof and are confident the installation will go just as smoothly!

  My roof sustained significant hail damage from a bad storm a few years ago. I was contacted by Owen Godbold ofModern Roofing about the damage which had occurred. Owen and I worked over a number of a days to catalog the significant damage and with his assistance I submitted a claim to my insurance. Initially the insurance declined to cover it, but Owen was very persistent and I was able to go back and show that there had been significant damage taken place and the insurance company agreed and approved the repair on the roof. The repair consisted of a complete replacement after Owen had finished his work. I was then contacted with Alex Tapsak, also of Modern Roofing and we went over the fine details of what would be involved with a Roofing replacement. I’m extremely impressed with both of these young men and the expertise and professionalism which they’ve exhibited and the thoroughness with which they contacted my insurance company and also explained to me my various options of replacing the existing roof. Both of these young men are wonderful representatives of Modern Roofing, and although we have not yet replaced the roof, I am really impressed with the service which has been rendered to me to date. I would strongly recommend them to anybody who has a roofing problem, whether it’s damaged roof or a new construction, I think you would be well pleased by the representatives of this company. I look forward to commenting again after Modern Roofing has replaced our roof and from what I’ve seen, we should be well pleased.

  Modern Roofing replaced our roof in June 2026. We had an excellent experience with them from our first meeting with John to our final bill with Grace, we appreciated their professionalism and clear communication every step of the process. Modern Roofing is a family owned and operated business. They answered all my crazy questions via phone calls, text or emails quickly, often within the hour. The process of the installation and expectations were clearly explained. They handled all issues with our insurance company which was covered under our policy. They sent periodic updates and pictures of the process as the roof was installed. They replaced the roof in one day and cleanup was so complete that we couldn’t even tell they had been there. Each member of the team was professional and a pleasure the work with. Thank you, John, Ken, Nick, Scott, Grace, William and all the others whose names I’m forgetting. We would highly recommend Modern Roofing to others.

  I highly recommend Joseph Skuba at Modern Roofing. My roof insurance claim took more than a year to resolve because of repeated delays and setbacks from the insurance company, but Joseph stayed committed from start to finish. What impressed me most was Joseph’s personal involvement. Whenever an insurance adjuster or third-party inspector came to inspect my roof, he attended the inspection to make sure every detail was accounted for and that all findings were documented and communicated clearly and accurately. His attention to detail gave me confidence that my claim was being represented fairly. Throughout the process, Joseph stayed in regular contact with the insurance company, followed up consistently, and kept the claim moving forward. Rather than accepting delays, he worked tirelessly to achieve the right outcome. Thanks to his dedication and persistence, my claim was ultimately approved. If you want a roofing company that truly stands behind its customers, I highly recommend Modern Roofing and especially Joseph Skuba. His professionalism and commitment made all the difference.

  As with many of the previous reviews, I have nothing but praise for Modern Roofing and their quality work, assistance with insurance and a seamless process from start to finish. Our house is beautiful and the yard is so clean. It’s like it never even happened.   I wanted to leave a rave review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for Modern Roofing. I had the pleasure of working with Sean G. HE is extremely knowledgeable , friendly , and helpful during all aspects of this experience. Sean first walked me through how the process works when he did a free inspection for storm damage, assisted in claim information when my insurance company was trying to rebuff my claims. After a few interactions and an appeal claim success. Then comes the actual roofing installation. The team was a competent , efficient well oiled machine. They had my whole house installed and cleaned up in one day. I also need new gutters, the contractor for the gutters was also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ( explained everything, changed out some damaged wood, pitched the gutter at the right angle, drain spouts etc) was an absolute pleasure. I am super satisfied with Sean and his team.

  We could not be more impressed and satisfied with our experience, start to finish, with Modern Roofing. Our roof needed a complete replacement due to storm and wind damage. We also opted to have them replace six skylights on our roof as well. Every person we interacted with before and during the installation with Modern Roofing was knowledgeable and professional. Thomas kept us informed of any situation as it arose, and Alfredo ensured that we reviewed and were satisfied with the work on the skylights as they were being replaced. The crew's work was efficient and tidy. The clean up was more than thorough. Most importantly, the roof looks amazing! We would not hesitate to recommend Modern Roofing to our friends and family or anyone needing a new or repaired roof.
