  I recently stayed at an Airbnb property in Berkley Springs, WV in June of this year. During my stay at this property High Point Roofing was doing a roof tear down and installation of a new roofing system. The on-site working parameters were very tight and there were multiple work vehicles going in and out of the parking area where my groups vehicle's were parked. Our vehicles were right next to the material zone where the new roofing material was being stored. Due to the constant movement of roofers going in between vehicles with materials and roofing equipment, my vehicle got scratched in multiple areas. Before leaving the property I was ensured that the damages would be taken care of and addressed through the channels of High Point Roofing. I would also like to note that there were many loose nails in the driveway leading up to the property that were found once I was leaving at the end of my stay, posing many safety concerns and potential damage to property. I have gotten the proverbial run around from the sales consultant Jacob Perry, and senior sales consultant Dustin Bowers. The senior sales consultant offered to hire a forensic analyst to come assess the damages since the company believes that they are not liable for the damage done to the vehicle. I obliged and said that if that is the route they would like to take then we can make the proper arrangements. That was on August 19th and I have yet to hear back from High Point Roofing. Overall, I want customers to be informed of the terrible level of communication and professionalism they will receive if they choose to hire this company in the future. I cannot speak to the quality of the materials or structural integrity of the roofing system that High Point Roofing installed, however I can speak to the poor customer service and carelessness of the employees they hire to conduct their on site repairs and installations.

  On June 27, 2025 contracted with High Point to remove approximately 60 ft of existing 4" gutter and replace it with with new 6" gutter and downspout. The representative, Jacob, was very nice. There was some aluminum splash protection that was attached to my pergola over my patio, and that aluminum needed to be removed in order to install the new gutter. High Point included that removal in my contract. I was told they would start the work in approximately 2 weeks. On July 28, 2025 I contacted them to see when they were going to do the work, as it had been a month, and I was told they would be there on July 30th. When the installer arrived, they extruded the new gutter to the required lengths. I then get a call from High Point, and I am told that the installer left, and will not remove the splash protection for fear of damaging my roof. They left the gutter laying in my back yard. I agreed to remove the aluminum myself. That weekend, Aug 3rd, it took me 10 minutes to remove the aluminum that was attached to the pergola, not the roof, and I emailed High Point to let them know they could come out and finish the install. On August 5, 2025, I received an email from High Point with a revised estimate removing the work that I did myself, and stating they would get me a new date for the rescheduled installation in the following days. After hearing nothing from High Point from that point forward, I emailed them on August 14th and told them how disappointed I was their company, and to come and get their materials from my property. They apologized, and several days later, came an got their materials. This may be a good company. It may be that they are too busy to meet their own schedules, but they never communicated with me until I contacted them to question why thing were taking so long. I wish them the best. Your experience with them may be different. I'm simply being honest in my review. I have the emails to back up everything I have stated.

  Wouldn’t recommend!! Needed several things fixed with metal portion of the roof, came out to fix some errors ( which were fixed with below average work) then sales rep and owner scheduled to come back out to take a look at the errors in the metal roofing and never heard from them again. They collected the last big lump some of money and could care less after that point. You would think a new roof would look better than the original one they replaced unfortunately not the case!

  I now have a new roof and am happy with the results. Thank you High Point Roofing. I also had the company replace my plastic gutters with metal ones, and have gutter guards now to keep them from filling up with debris.

  My husband and myself was first impressed by the project manager, Jacob Perry. We had contacted other roofers for quotes and to get a feel of the company. Mr. Perry impressed both of us and persuaded us to go with High Point. We had our home and three sheds roofs replaced. It was a very hot day. I'm not sure how to describe them other than a well oiled machine. 😂🤣 I think they all started on our house, then they broke up to different buildings. Some installed shingles while other guys tore off other roofs and some were replacing plywood. When they finished one building they cleaned the area. By the time the last building was completed, they were all finished together. Pretty darn amazing. Ill finish with one more complement to Mr. Perry. He is young, yet very mature and dedicated to the company he works for. I think he works seven days a week. He was always available and always on time and he showed up on the day of installation to confirm everything was going well. Very pleased!!!!!

  Had roof issues. Joseph Miller was recommended by wife's church group members. Inspected roof and provided sensible, intelligent, and reasonable repair options. IF roof were to be replaced in 5 to 10 yrs, he'd be called.
