  They left my siding hacked on our home, and would not come out to repair it, they told me there was no problem with there work. ILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

  What you are seeing in these pictures are called kick out flashings which are now code and they prevent water from draining down behind the siding .This homeowner had leaks around their chimney due to the improper flashing, and had to be reflashed, we literally left this job better than it was when we started. There was caulking that had to be cut out on their siding, which someone previously put on the siding to try to stop the leak. We have had many Rains since this project was done and the project is no longer leaking as a result of reflashing everything properly. I tried to explain all this but evidently I did not do so in a way that conveyed understanding. I'd be happy to talk about it more, but as I said the siding actually looks better than it did with all that caulking that was on it before we started

  I called this company to possibly do some work for my elderly mother. Chad called my mom and said that it would be no problem that it would be a min of $150 and if it ended being more then they could discuss it. My mom asked if he would come out to look at the leak and roof and he said no he knew what was wrong with it. My mom told him that she would really rather have someone come out to give a quote and that she has one other person lined up to giver her one. Chad was so rude to my mother, he said "then you should go ahead and use them" and hung up. I can't believe how horrible he treated my mother....And to think she was willing and wanting to get quotes for getting the whole roof replaced along with some of her sidingreplaced. They have lost a potential customer forever and I hope other customers read this before they entrust them with their family and money!

  Did not show up on day scheduled for service and when I called he said that our quote did not include materials and we would need to reschedule for a price that was twice as much. Not confident this is a legitimate business.

  We had a wonderful experience with Look family exterior. The roof itself turned out absolutely beautiful. Look family came out when we had a gutter issue (different company contracted by Look for the gutters) and made sure it was corrected.

  When I needed to replace my roof, I reached out to a contractor I had used before for a price quote. Then I had several neighbors tell me how pleased they were with Look Family Exteriors - with both the workmanship and the price. A second price quote never hurts. Look Family Exterior's quote was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive so I hired them. Look's team was simply excellent - in their workmanship in replacing the roof and two skylights and communications. Eric, the team foreman, informed me of their progress every step of the way. I could not have been more pleased with the results.

  This is the third time I used Look Family Exteriors. As always, Toni and Chad are professional & responsive. I had a full roof & gutter replacement.   Nice people and affordable, quality work! All we needed was 1 piece of flashing reattached and they're the only ones who quoted us a reasonable price. And they were able to get to us the next business day. I can't recommend them enough!

  Look Family Exteriors did a fantastic job in replacing our roof. They arrived early, got set up and tore into removing the old roof, they worked like a well-oiled machine. They removed the old roof, installed the new roof and replaced all of the gutters and down spouts in one day. I was blown away! This is a 5-star company.

  It is not often one can refer others to a service that you feel is 100% above board, with affordability, follow through, excellent communication and execution, product and cleanup. The result is our handsome quality roof. In looking for personal experience from neighbors and friends, one name kept popping up with trust and praise - Look Family Exteriors. No one we spoke to had doubts or concerns about having this family owned company handle this major expense and now having experienced it ourselves barely 2 weeks ago, we can honestly say the same. From the first inquiry, to the great crew that completed the job in one day and having Cody inspect the completed roof with a detailed portfolio of pictures of the job that was given us - just incredible.
