My experience with Crafted Exteriors start a little rocky due to some miscommunication; however, the owner and the receptionist turned it around and took time out of their already busy days to make it right. In addition, the techs came out and worked so hard in the middle of the bad heat wave we had this summer. They replaced the whole front of my house, replaced shutters, and did some repairs on the back of my house. When/if it comes time to do other projects, I will for sure be contacting them.

Kaity, thank you so much for the 5 star review. I apologize about the miscommunication in the beginning but I'm glad I was able to ultimately get you taken care of quickly. If there is anything you need in the future do not hesitate to call the office and they will make sure you're on my calendar for anything you need.

I just had another fantastic experience with Crafted Exteriors, specifically Will! I contacted Crafted Exteriors after discovering I had wind damage to my siding. The response time was less than an hour and service technician Will was very thorough with explaining what he did. It looks like there was never any damage! I will definitely use this company for any future exterior projects. Highly recommend. The entire process from requesting an estimate to the final walkthrough after install was seamless. Wes came to the house and gave a thorough explanation of his work and an unbeatable quote. Courtney was very prompt with scheduling the delivery of materials and installation date. Melissa was onsite during the entire install and happily answered any questions we had. New roof and gutters beautifully installed in less than 2 days and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Crafted Exterior Services!
