He kept us in the loop all the way through the project and was always available to answer any questions. Our roof looks great thanks to good product and good installers.   Great Company. They do everything from emergency tarp services all the way to the gutters. They show up same day or next day. We have worked with them several times. Friendly and responsive

  I found a leak coming from my roof to my basement called MN Smart Homes on recommendation from others. General Manager Aren was able to make it to my house same day and treated me with kindness and compassion as I was full of anxiety from the water coming into the house. They were able to quickly diagnose where the leak was coming from by using thermal cameras and able to do the repair while it was still raining and gave me tips for drying the damage. They were respectful of my home taking their shoes off and always knocking before re-entering the home. Aren walked me through where the damage had come in through and provided me pictures for the leaking vent cover on the roof. I would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks !

  MN Smart Homes was referred to me by my dad after some wind and hail left me with missing shingles. Aren explained the process of working with my insurance company to me so I had a good understanding of the steps it would take. The work crew was wonderful, and very thorough. They were great with all the questions that the kids asked during the project as well. Since we were getting so close to winter, Aren and I kept in touch so we could work out a schedule to get gutters installed as the final piece to my roof replacement. This was most exciting to me since my house has not had full gutters in the 8 years I have owned it. The crew that was sent to do gutters did an amazing job as well. Thanks for all your great work!
