Because selling your house isn’t stressful enough, add replacing the whole roof within 2 weeks in order to close on time. Worried we would have to push out the closing date on our house, we reached out Peter at MJB to look at our roof after home inspection was obtained and found some questionable spots. It was noted that we had to replace the whole roof, vent covers, and gutters. Mequel, the owner, and his team prioritized us to get the project done the day before closing date. Their communication, professionalism, and urgency to help us with our deadline was appreciated. We would definitely work with MJB again if we weren’t moving out of town.

Mequel was awesome! He went the extra mile in talking through all of the options for our siding for our church building. When this is an investment for the next 30+ years, it was really nice to have someone willing to help us get it right on the front end.

The crew did a great job prepping and painting. A section of siding had to be replaced due to water damage around a window-it turned out great. They completed touch ups timely and cleaned up. Great job. I would definitely use them again.

Every time we see our newly sided home it makes us smile. We are delighted with how the new siding on our home looks. Our home looks fresh, modern, and brand new. Mequel was so helpful in picking out the color and design. Mequel and his crew worked hard and picked up after themselves. They were friendly and professional. The crew had a meticulous eye for detail. This is the second home we have had Mequel do and we’re so pleased we called him to do this home. If you want any work done on your home give Mequel and his crew a call.

Mequel at MJB It’s a pleasure to work with! I am a realtor and frequently need roofs looked at for buyers and sellers after inspections. He’s quick to come out and take a look and prepare a competitive bid. He’s also quick at getting new roofs installed and scheduled in the timelines that you need to have happen! Quick, professional, and excellent at communicating!

MJB Trades Roofing & Siding replaced my roof and siding due to hail damage. After our insuance adjuster came out , the first and only call we made was to MJB. MJB Trades came to our house promptly. He explained to us how he would work with insurance and gave us a timeline of the work. MJB Trades was the best to work with!

Working with Mequel at MJB Trades has been an absolute pleasure and would absolutely recommend him to anyone that either needs repairs or full roof replacements. Mequel was very quick and timely in getting out to my home and inspecting my roof for damages. He was also efficient, competent and professional in helping me navigate the insurance process. Willing to put in the necessary work of obtaining manufacturer statements, requested repairs, and photos necessary as part of the insurance process. In the end, I was able to get my roof fully covered and Mequel was able to provide me a quality product to replace my roof with. Once approved, Mequel and his team were able to replace my roof very quickly and they provided quality service along the entire way. I will be using Mequel and MJB Trades for all my roofing needs in the future.
