On the phone, (A Wednesday) the guy said it would be early next week when they would come and fix our roof, the next day they showed up while we were at work. If I knew they were coming, I would have removed things off of the walls (since 2 things fell and broke) and I would have covered belongings (since debris covered our things). When they left our house, they left our fence open (that we can't see unless we completely walk around the house) .. our puppy could have escaped and gotten killed/lost. They also left nails and razor blades everywhere. They called me again a month later and asked for a time they could come fix the roof, and I had to tell them it was already completed. I guess they're not all on the same page? They were quick getting the job done, which was nice, but they were VERY careless, and the communication was horrible :(

I have worked with this company on previous roof repairs. They are quick to show up and fix any issue. Today I had them replace my 19 year roof with an upgraded Storm rated roof with ridge vents. They also did some attic work to rerun my bathroom exhaust fan conduit. It was about a 2 week turn around from accepting bid to installation. Mine was not an insurance claim so ymmv. The crew cleaned up well and haven't seen any nails once they left in the street or driveway.

I have been doing business with this locally owned family business for over 30 years. They first fixed a leak the builder's roofer could not fix, then 17 years later they replaced the original roof and in March they replaced a hail damaged roof. Brent and Hank are easy to work with - honest and trustworthy - and their crews do excellent work. I would recommend them for any roofing repair or replacement.

Brent corresponded with me 6 times and made multiple proposals to be sure I got what I needed. Thumbs up.

I called several roofing companies but I choose to go with Mississippi Valley and I am very glad I did. They made the whole process very easy and Sean and Brent were great and answered all my questions. The job ended being more involved than originally thought but they handled it with no problem. The roofers were very professional and efficient. I would and will recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof

I spoke with several companies before selecting this one. The others gave me a lot of sales pitches but no clarity on the cost. My experience with MVR could not have been more different. The best word I can use is professional. The communication was on point and they made the process simple. I’d gladly work with them again.

MVR is the only roofing company my wife and I will ever use. We are on our 3rd roof in 16 years due to hail damage. The same crew did our roof in 2024 & 2018 and were done in 2 days, unlike our neighbor that used another company and regretted the results compared to MVR.

They were very professional and reasonably priced. They came out very quickly and made sure everything was okay with me before I needed to pay them. I highly recommend them!!

This is now my go to riding company I have used them at two different properties in the last six months. One a small repair, one a total roof and gutters. Both times things were done quickly and professionally. Communication is thorough and is both emailed and verbal. Both jobs were started and completed quicker than originally stated. I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone and I'll use them again the next time I have a project in this area.

We give this Company 6 stars out of 5. Such a pleasant non-hasle experience, from initial roof inspection, sample drop off, quote and finally installation. Friendly service, very fair price and most importantly we get to support a local business. Thank you Mississippi Valley Roofing The Nevad's on Wyncrest Drive, Ballwin, MO
