Miller Family Roofing removed and replaced the shingles on our home and made the whole roofing project feel simple. They also helped us connect with a solid contractor for fascia repair and gutter replacement, which kept everything moving smoothly. Many homes nearby needed new roofs after storm damage, and the team worked directly with my insurance company, even walking the roof with the inspector to help make sure the claim was handled properly. jared helped me understand the full process from start to finish, answered every question, and took care of every concern with patience. The roofing crew was organized, respectful, and worked hard through the heat to get the job done in one day. They kept the yard clean, communicated well, and made sure the shingles, flashing, and cleanup were all handled the right way. we are very happy with the final result, and i really appreciate how easy they made this important job. it almost felt fun, and our home looks great now.

I had two leaks on an older roof and needed a roofer I could trust. They came out for the estimate right when promised, got a fair quote back to me fast, and scheduled the repair without any hassle. The crew arrived on time, checked the …

we had a full roof replacement done with new decking, soffits, and gutters, and the whole process went very smoothly. before calling, i checked online reviews, and my experience matched what others said. jared managed our project from the estimate all the way through the installation. during the inspection, he even went up into the attic to check the ventilation concerns we had and explained everything in simple terms. he took time to walk us through the roofing materials, airflow, and how each step of the install would go. i honestly thought he might only be involved until the paperwork was signed, but he stayed connected throughout the job and checked in during the install too. we were updated every day on the schedule, the progress, and what to expect next, which made the whole roofing project feel easy and organized. the new roof looks great, and the crew did a strong job from tear-off to final cleanup. after all the old decking was removed and replaced, the house was left looking clean and well cared for. with the heat and storms we get in florida, it feels good to have a solid roofing system with better ventilation and quality workmanship.

I’m very pleased with the roofing work. The estimate for the re-roof and solar installation came in about five thousand dollars lower than another bid, and the whole process felt straightforward with no pressure. When a permit issue came up, the team handled it well and worked through it so I could avoid extra costs. They kept me updated from start to finish, stayed on schedule, and completed the job when promised. They also shared helpful advice on ways to save money, including a simple suggestion about adding gutter mesh myself if I wanted to cut down on costs. They moved quickly on the required utility paperwork, which helped everything stay on track without delays. The crew did solid roofing work, paid attention to detail, and made sure the property was cleaned up well after the tear-off and installation. Overall, it was a smooth experience with good communication, fair pricing, and quality workmanship well suited for protecting a home from Florida heat, rain, and storms.

This was a very challenging roof repair where the roofing system met a brick wall. There had been a persistent leak in that area for a long time, and it was found by chance. The roofing crew spent a lot of time inspecting the problem, …

working with marvin on my sister’s house for a new roof, gutters, fascia, and exterior repairs really changed our past experience with contractors for the better. from the first time we asked for an estimate, he was professional, polite, and easy to talk to. he explained the roofing process clearly, went over materials and timing, and made sure we understood each step before the work started. during the whole project, communication stayed strong and consistent so everyone was on the same page. he never made any decision on his own without checking with us first, which gave us real peace of mind. the crew was respectful, organized, and did quality roofing work with attention to detail. they kept the job site clean, worked efficiently, and made sure the roof and gutter system were done right for long-lasting protection in the florida heat and heavy rain. if you want a roofer who is honest, dependable, and easy to work with, we highly recommend this company. marvin’s work ethic, fair pricing, and customer care really stand out, and we look forward to working with him again on our next home project.

After a strong Florida storm, i had several damaged areas on my roof, and even some spots where light was coming through into the attic. Miller Family Roofing replied to my contact form the same day, then came out the next day to inspect the roof and provide an estimate. With another round of rain expected within a few days, dillon and the crew showed up even in light drizzle to get the roof repair done fast and help prevent water damage inside my home. During the whole process, they were very responsive, easy to talk to, and clear about what roofing work was needed, from the emergency patch to the longer-term plan. later, they completed a full roof replacement for me and finished the tear-off and new shingle installation surprisingly quickly with a large crew. the job site was handled well, the rebuild moved smoothly, and the new roof looks great. i would absolutely use them again for future roof repairs and highly recommend them.

i’m very pleased with the new roof Miller Family Roofing put on my home after storm damage. raymond was professional from the first roof inspection and took time to explain the condition of the shingles, flashing, and other roofing materials in simple terms. He brought a helpful packet with insurance proof, shingle samples, warranty details, and a clear written estimate that my insurance company needed, which made the whole claim process go much smoother. On the install day, raymond and the crew showed up early, worked hard through the heat, and stayed until the roofing job was fully completed. They made sure the new roof looked great, the repairs were done right, and the cleanup was thorough when everything was finished. i also appreciated how organized the whole process was and how easy they made it to understand each step. If you need roof replacement or roof repair in Cocoa Beach, i highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with our roof replacement in Cocoa Beach. From the first roof inspection to the final cleanup, the whole process was smooth and professional. Nathan evaluated the roof, explained the scope of work clearly, and gave us a fair estimate for cost and timing. The crew installed high quality architectural shingles, including a Class 4 impact resistant roofing system, which may also help with insurance savings. The midnight black roof gives the house a sharp, modern look and really improves the curb appeal. It looks beautiful and feels strong and secure, which is especially important in Florida weather, sun, heat, rain, and storms. The project was finished on schedule and the work was done with very little disruption to our home. We also appreciated getting progress photos throughout the job, along with the documents and picture links needed for our insurance paperwork. At the end, Nathan completed a full final roof inspection and made sure everything was finished properly and that we were fully satisfied. We are very happy with the results and feel confident this new roof will protect our home for many years. I highly recommend this roofing service to anyone needing a new roof in Cocoa Beach.
