We had a full roof replacement done by Milan’s Roofing, and I’m extremely happy with how it turned out. The Oxford shingles look great on the house, and the work was done carefully from start to finish. The old roof was completely removed, proper underlayment and protection were installed, and the ventilation was corrected instead of being left the way it was. The lines are straight, the finish is clean, and everything looks solid and well put together. The crew worked efficiently, kept the job site orderly, and delivered exactly what was promised. For the price we paid, the level of workmanship was excellent, and I would recommend Milan’s Roofing without hesitation.

Caring owner, workers, and insurance savings. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike Luna, owner of Milan's Roofing if you wish to have a metal roof on your home. Over 4 full days of hard work, Mike and his crew went beyond expectations to make sure my sub-roof was repaired and ready for a roof which can last over 75 years. Mike is kind, approachable and ALWAYS replies to communications. The work was impeccable. My home insurance dropped 36% or $1,295/year having installed an aluminum shingle roof. Over a 15 period of savings, the cost for the metal roof was only a few thousand dollars more than asphalt. After 15 years, you're looking at a new asphalt roof. My metal roof will last 5 times as long! I can't say enough about Mike and his crew. Highly recommended.
