Let me tell you, this was the most professional roofing crew I’ve ever worked with. From Brandon stopping by first to explain why my chimney was leaking and how the roof repair would be handled with a solid workmanship guarantee, to Grant and Tanner coming out early and taking care of the chimney flashing repair the right way, everything was done with real skill and care. Brandon even checked back in during the job to make sure everything was going smoothly. The customer service was outstanding, and it was refreshing to work with an honest Fort Collins roofing team that clearly takes pride in quality work, clear communication, and doing the job right.

Just wanted to share my experience with a roofing company after a big hail storm caused damage in the area. david, the project manager, contacted me quickly and got my roof inspection scheduled right away, even during a very busy season. she really made the whole process easy. During the visit, david checked the outside of the house, got up on the roof, and carefully inspected and documented everything. she also noticed a few things that would help the overall condition of my gutters, fascia, and foundation drainage. At our next meeting, we went over options for the roof system, upgraded fascia, and damaged gutters. I chose black shingles, new black fascia, new gutters, and gutter guards to help cut down on cleaning and upkeep. The team also set up a group message so i stayed informed on everything happening behind the scenes, including insurance details, material delivery, scheduling, and production updates. communication was steady the whole way through, and that made the roofing process much less stressful. Once we selected an install date, the new roof was completed fast by a very hardworking crew, and the gutter replacement was finished shortly after. even with the warm weather, the work moved along smoothly and efficiently. The crew made sure the property was cleaned up well, and they used magnets multiple times to pick up nails and construction debris. I really appreciate how professional, organized, and helpful everyone was. brandon went above and beyond, and the finished roof, fascia, and gutters gave the house a fresh new look with strong curb appeal. it looks more updated now, and i am very happy with the results.

Mike & Sons Roofing was great to work with. I had a flat roof in Fort Collins with an active leak, and with stormy weather coming in, I needed the job handled fast. Brandon took care of the permit process, lined up the roofing materials, and scheduled the crew quickly. They installed a new TPO roofing system, re-routed the gutters, repaired the soffit, and replaced the skylight in a very short time. What stood out most was the strong attention to detail, clear communication, and real urgency from start to finish. The crew worked efficiently, kept the project organized, and made sure everything was completed the right way. My roof now looks solid, drains better, and gives me much more peace of mind during heavy rain and wind. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

After reaching out to several roofers, I finally found a roofing team that was willing to help. When I explained the roof leak, David immediately said they could take care of it, which gave me confidence right away. The crew was scheduled quickly, showed up on time, and fixed the leak properly. Their whole process, from the first call to scheduling and follow-up, was smooth and professional. They clearly know roofing work and took the time to make sure the repair was handled the right way. If I ever need roof service again, whether it is a leak repair or other roofing issue, I would gladly wait for David and his crew because the quality of their work and customer care really stood out.

i first reached out to this roofing company a while back for a couple of roof repairs that were pretty important to me as a homeowner. even though the jobs might have been small for them, they treated me with a lot of respect and care. tanner was very professional but also friendly, which made me feel at ease about both the repairs and the costs. later, when i had a big leak in my roof, i made the mistake of calling another roofer who made things worse by creating fake damage. luckily, my insurance company noticed, and i decided to contact tanner again. he was just as trustworthy and helpful as before, taking the time to clearly explain what was actually wrong with my roof. it's been several months since tanner and his team finished the new roofing work, and after some heavy colorado rain and wind, my house is still dry and protected. the inside damages were also fixed up perfectly. i really appreciate the honest and quality work they did for me. i definitely recommend this roofing company for anyone needing roof repairs or a replacement. especially if you’re new to roofing projects, spend a little extra on the best materials you can—your roof is a big investment and you want it to last a long time.
