I hired Mighty Dog roofing to replace my roof and the problems started from the get go. After I agreed the there price and signed some paperwork I was ghosted and had to call multiple times to get them to schedule my install. The work was done poorly and they damaged my gutters. I called to let them know what happened and they tried to tell me that my gutters are old anyways and did not want to take responsibility for fixing the damage. 100% so not recommended to anyone

Hi Nikolay, We spoke with you several times and also shared the pictures of the damage that was pre-existing prior to the us inspecting your roof. If you would like to discuss further please feel free to contact us. This is unfortunate and not a reflection of how we operate. We understand that you just bought the house not have noticed the condition of the gutters prior to us installing your roof. We had asked if you would like an estimate to replace due to the condition and you said no. If you happen to change your mind we would be happy to help and provide you with a free estimate.

Your roof was installed in 2012 and we were aware of that prior to arrival to determine the cause of your leak. Your roof came with a 5yr labor warranty with a 10yr option that you didn’t choose or pay for. Unfortunately, The leak on your roof is coming from a power pole which we informed you of. Last we heard you were going to see if you could get a better price, Please let us know if we can assist further. We can be reached at 864-729-8450
