Was promised to replace air vent on roof that blew off but instead they just eliminated it. No follow up call after work was finished to see if i was happy with work.

Spam calls all day long even when you tell them to take you off the list. Terrible way to run a business. Don’t do business with them unless you like those spam calls.

I am not sure how they have such positive reviews when my exprince with this company is anything but positive. I was in contact with Gregory. The company, not Gregory was recommended to me by my real estate agent. I was selling my home and need my roof replace in a short time frame and my agent reached out to company to ensure the work could be completed in a short time. We were ensured several times it could. In the end it was not Gregory never kept me up to date on anything the entire time, only speaking with my agent. When I asked him why he chose to speak to my agent and not me he advised me that my agent was his customer and that I was not. I asked if my agent was paying for the repairs at which time he said he got my business through a real estate deal. Clearly he ahd no idea what was going on. I had several things on my insurance claim which this company was not doing all the repairs for. My insurance estimate accounted for cost to remove and haul shingles in the ACV and then at the end accounted for a large dumpster. This would have been for if ALL the work had been accomplished because it was for a very large amount of metal but since haul off was already accounted for on the shingles, the only other work they did was a small amount of gutters which certainly would not cost $331 for a dumpster. I have been asking the company for several days now (owner, Gregory, and front office) to send me a link so that I can finish paying the depriciation so that I can be done with them but still can not get them to do so. I 100 percent would not recommend this company.

Nichole – I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. Given the short notice on this project, our team worked hard to complete your roof promptly, and we were successful in avoiding any delays to your real estate closing. Regarding the invoice, we are following standard insurance procedures. Once we receive depreciation approval from your insurance carrier, we will issue the final invoice. I truly appreciate your patience.

Quoted a much lower price than other roofing companies and did the work in a timely fashion. We've had 3 or 4 small leaks since the install which they have addressed, but it's so much work to actually get a hold of them and schedule follow up work in a timely manner.

We had a great experience with Mighty Dog Roofing replacing our roof, they were professional, responsive and finished the whole project in one day! The crew working was precise and quick with their work and very friendly. We have a very hostile neighbor and they dealt with the situation in a calm, respectful manner that allowed them to continue their job. We would absolutely work with them again and recommend them highly!

We requested bids from 3 different roof repair companies. Mighty Dog responded the same day. Their bid was very fair compared to the other 2 companies. They repaired the roof quickly and professional. They followed up with us and we are very pleased with the work. We will recommend this company to all our neighbors.
