A few years ago I had Mighty Dog come out and replace my roof. Communication was decent and the actual intall was great. Fast forward three years and it is time to get all new siding, gutters and some other work done on my home and i knew that they also do the work I needed. I have actually tried reaching out to them multiple times online (have some speech issues so email and text when i can). The last time I reached out, I got an automated email response on May 12, 2026 saying someone will be in touch. Same email I received a month prior. Hopefully I never have to have a warranty repair done to my roof, who knows when and if they would ever respond to fixing it. Find someone else that actually gives a shit about its potential customers.

Just simply don’t do business with them. For the complete list of “No-Nos” simply call my real estate company. Poor workmanship, bullying and terrible communication to name a few disappointments in dealing with their company.

Unfortunately, we were not able to do the many things this customer requested that were outside of our scope of work. We apologize for any miscommunication around these requests. We stand behind the workmanship of the roof and will be happy to repair any issues that arise from installation.

I had the mighty dog roofing team replace the roof on my residence yesterday, June 12th, 2024. The team showed up by 7am and were on the house, ripping off the old shingles by 7:30 am. They were finished, by 4:30 (which included their much needed and deserved hour long lunch break), with the roof removal and replacement and all necessary clean up. The roof looks great! Thanks mighty dog, and please thank the team that did the job (they deserve a raise, imo). P.S. Corbin and Carson were also key members of the process. I thank them both as well. Edit: I was promised the extra sheets of plywood that wasn't used during the reroofing. Well, months later, they still never showed up. Go figure. Subtract one star...

Haven't done business with them yet, so this review is just based on my experience on the phone. I just called to get some general pricing info and ask a bunch of questions, the gentleman that answered was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all kinds of stuff about both shingle roofs and galvanized steel roofs, which was super helpful. If we end up doing the roof, I will definitely be calling them back.

I’m a 21 year local insurance agency owner and it’s been crucial for me to find a roofer I can trust to refer to my clients. Mighty Dog is the only one we trust and we have tried many in the valley. We also have used them! Mighty Dog roofing did a wonderful job with our roof. We were able to schedule them very quickly. They were professional and communicated beautifully.

My experience has been excellent with Mighty Dog Roofing, some how Google has me listed as giving them a one star! In fact I had not ever placed a review for them. So let me be very clear! Mighty Dog Roofing has been as good as it gets! At (75yrs) old I have the experience to say!

We have had the opportunity to work with Mighty Dog on two occasions now. When we first bought our house we had a serious roof leak within days of closing escrow. Mighty Dog repaired the leak and the repair lasted several years while our house was a rental. We knew we needed to eventually replace the roof (it was old) and when we moved into the house ourselves, our insurance provider cancelled our insurance stating we needed a new roof. We had a short window to have the roof replaced to have our insurance reinstated. We got two bids and Mighty Dog's bid was very competitive and they were very informative as to our roofing options, materials, etc. They were able to schedule us in almost immediately and they did a great job. They cleaned up the job site well and they communicated throughout the process. As we were just moving in, we had many other things on our plate, so we really appreciated their professionalism. We highly recommend Mighty Dog!

As a realtor in the Treasure Valley, I've had the pleasure of working with Nick Harris from Mighty Dog Roofing on several occasions. While I haven't personally hired him, Nick has been an invaluable resource for many of my clients during their home-buying process. His expertise in roofing has been crucial when assessing potential properties. Nick consistently goes above and beyond, providing thorough roof inspections and clear, honest assessments. His professionalism and willingness to explain complex roofing issues in simple terms have helped my clients make informed decisions. Nick's reliability and quick response times have made him my go-to roofing guy.
