  I can't review their work nor craftsmanship. But what I can say is I wanted this to turn out way better. We scheduled 3 companies over a wks time to give estimates on my grandmother's roof. We almost stopped after the 1st quote because that company was super helpful and efficient and seemed like they really wanted to help as the past several storms has her roof in pretty bad shape. But it's always better to get more than 1 quote. So now mid-city shows up and we like this guy way better and just going on gut we felt like this would be our choice but we never recieved a quote. In the mean time we're calling for our quote, and the 3rd company comes through and we get our itemized quote within 12 hours. The price was decent but the gut feeling wasn't there. So we spend 2 more days calling into mid-city to get our quote. Now 2 more days have passed and still no quote from mid-city, but we have done the paperwork with the 1st company and my grandma will finally be getting the new roof she needs and deserves, but no thanks to mid-city. As I see there are a couple other reviews of similar experiences, and having worked in construction in the passed the is a tactic I've seen used when someone just doesn't want to take the job. If that's the case, it's always more fair and honest to just tell someone that you don't think you're the company for the job or you have too much work currently.

  I made an appointment before the weekend; the rep called to confirm the morning of, and they still did not show up for the afternoon appointment. They did not call until the next day and wanted to reschedule, but I already ran home and wasted one afternoon. I had hoped to get the service I'd heard about so much.

  Be warned, this is the Quik-Stop of roofers. The roof began leaking after the first week. They eventually made a couple of trips back to patch it up but it collapsed again after the first year, then again after the 2nd year. Part of the reason for this is Marcos uses non-skilled underage workers, one of which severed my cable line - and no one ever offered to fix it. During the roofing process, they did more damage than good - the full interior of your house will be covered in sawdust with very little precaution, ruining some appliances. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this business at all costs. This is the absolute least you can pay for a roof. And be wary of other five star reviews for them - some of them are paid for.

We have discussed on multiple occasions how the accumulation of debris from the overgrown trees on the property continue to cause issues with Ms. Jeanie’s low-pitch roof. Despite this, we continue to provide assistance when she has reached out to us. All of our workers are of legal working age and properly trained. All of our reviews come from genuine customers.   Can not recommend them enough. Repaired the leak in my roof the day that I called. After having trouble from multiple roofing companies, I called Mid City and they were able to identify the damage immediately and get it fixed as soon as they could

  I have used mid city roofing to repair multiple roofs for my property. They are fairly priced, fast, friendly, and do an amazing job. No debris left over afterwards either. Highly recommend.

  I've used Mid City Roofing twice now at two separate houses and I could not be more impressed. Marco and his team were quick to respond, provided a detailed assessment and were fully transparent on the cost of the work to be performed. Marco provided updates continually throughout the process which was greatly appreciated.

  Mid City Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. They were reliable from start to finish, showed up when they said they would, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of their work really shows. Overall, they were just great people to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

  We called Mid City to replace our roof last year and we were very pleased overall. Hurricane Francine toppled a tree over onto that new roof , so Mid City was one of the first calls for help. They came to our home the next morning to assess the damage, then contracted the whole job of rebuilding our carport, including roof and gutters. Our home was whole in a week, and probably would have been sooner if we hadn’t had to wait a couple days for insurance adjusters. The crews were so nice. They went above and beyond. All done within our budget as well.
