  We had a great experience with Justin Kerr at Michael & Son. From the very beginning, he was genuine, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about our roof and gutters in a way that was easy to understand, and he made sure all of our questions were answered without ever making us feel rushed. His honesty and approachable personality really stood out, and it gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We’re looking forward to working with Justin and his crew on our new roof later this year. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and takes the time to educate you, we highly recommend asking for Justin!

  i had a roof leak via a vent and every other quote tried to upsell me on a whole project when it was clear that just the vent needed replaced and resealed. M&S quoted the right price and scope and was in and out in just a couple hours with no debris leftover. excellent workmanship.

  Leith and the entire Michael and Son were absolutely amazing to work with. They replaced a roof for me on a property in Sterling. They made the entire process easy and painless handling the insurance and coordinating the installation. Everything was perfect they even went around with a magnet and picked up all of the nails not one piece of trash was left.

  Michael and Sons truly exceeded our expectations in Annandale! They assisted us with picking and installing a new front door and shutters, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. They helped us choose the perfect design and style that matched our home’s character and improved energy efficiency. Their team worked efficiently, completing the installation and shutter replacement (including painting) in less than a day. Even with the challenges of an older house and its natural tilt, they managed to ensure everything was perfectly aligned, giving our home a fresh, polished look.   Laith went above and beyond to help me with a problem leak. He determined it was my HOA"s responsibility and guided me on dealing with them. They have agreed to do all repairs.
