I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I felt this might help others avoid some wasted time and frustration. I saw their good reviews and decided to give them a try. They showed up on time and did the job about a month ago. A few days ago, during heavy rain, I noticed that no water was coming out of any of the downspouts, which led to water leaking into the basement. I called to explain the situation, hoping they’d make it right. At first, they said they’d call me back—but never did. When I followed up the next day, they said all the downspouts must have gotten clogged again since they did the job, told me there was nothing they could do because it had been a month, and then hung up on me. That kind of excuse and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I won’t be using them again.

As part of our Roof Tune-Up service, we aim to provide thorough maintenance to improve the overall condition of your roof and gutters. However, it is important to note that this service does not come with a warranty. Since your tune-up was completed over a month ago, environmental factors—such as the seasonal maple tree seeds—may be contributing to the challenges you're facing. Unfortunately, these external elements can affect gutter performance, despite prior maintenance efforts. We value you as a customer and want to provide transparency regarding your gutter's condition, we checked over the photos we provided from the service and see that all of the gutters were properly cleared at the time of service. The company doesn't provide warranty for their services. only months later after the company tuned-up my shingles, some shingles became loosing or missing ! I have to pay another company to do the work they did. if this company is confident with their services, why don't they provide warranty for their work? Not happy with their work quality, for me, It is waste of money !

Arocon has been taking care of my roof for 6 years, and I've been satisfied. They maintained the old roof and installed the new one. My last scheduled tune-up with Hugo today was on time and quick. He fixed all the issues found, cleaned the gutters and shared the pictures of the roof with comments.

Adam stopped by today to take a look at our leaking bay window and helped us caulk it up free of charge in the meantime while we get a quote so that it doesn't leak during the upcoming weeks of rain. This was really sweet and amazing of Adam. Definitely highly recommend. Looking forward to working with them as it's really difficult to find a trusted honest provider nowadays.
