  Had to call 5 times trying to get them to come out to help my tenant with a roof issue. Had to provide the same info over and over and never got the appt. Very frustrating experience.

  Very unprofessional - barely looked at the issue of the leak and after nearly four months of back and forth, mainly initiated by me, they became unresponsive. They never completed the work even though we were "up soon" or "next" on their list of houses. I ended up having to hire another contractor. Communications overall was poor.

  This company doesn't know what customer service is about! If they can't do what they say they are going to do then it's not a good company at all. Very dissapointing! Here's how my experienced went down. First call was Sun, 7/22. Somebody answered which was positive and was told somebody will call on Monday. Monday came no call. Tuesday I called again got answering machine. Called on Wednesday and was told somebody will reach out in 15 minutes. Wednesday went by no call. Thursday somebody called at 10:30 am to ask about the property and problems and then i was told he'll call back in 15 minutes. No call UNTIL 6:05 p.m. I asked me if we are available Saturday, 7/28, for an inspection and I said we should but I'll confirm the time. And I asked if I can text him to confirm which he said yes. At 8pm I text to confirm Saturday is a go. Got a text back from their employee that he will not be able to make the appointment because it's a two story home. Are you kidding me?!!! We spoke about the house issue, etc. and now you are telling me that your truck is broken and you can't do two story homes! Unbelievable. Here's the icing on the cake. On the text last night is said, "I will refer you to my boss and he will call you". Well guess what? At least they are consistent. Because as of 5:50 p.m. today, I have yet to get a call! I'm a firm believer if a company can't do what it says it's going to do then that company is running a bad business. I can just imagine what kind of service I will get from Lysons which I'm sure will suck!

  We had a leak in our roof after a storm with heavy wind and rain. Tom was at our house the next day to assess the damage and provide an estimate to repair. After we approved the estimate, his team was out the next morning to repair. They are prompt and professional.

  The Lyons folks were very accommodating, and came the next day to assess the problem. Tom was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear in his assessment. Tom got the roof flashing fixed very quickly on another day and didn't need our presence while they did the work. A very good experience with Tom and Lyons !!! A+ Dave H

  I cannot say enough good things about Tom, his guys and his work. He did a full slate roof replacement on our home along with flat roof replacement and insulation and removed our weird skylight. Our roof is now the best roof in the neighborhood, we paid a great price and Tom took care of our family throughout.
