It would be a dream come true to be able to walk around our lovely neighborhood and not see ugly signs that this company has put up all over the place - signs that will eventually fall over and turn into litter that the rest of us will have to pick up. Oh well. Maybe someday.

I’m so sorry John. We care deeply about the environment. If you tell us an intersection, I will come get the sign! We do put them up in neighborhoods we are working in but try to take them with us when we go. If any were left behind, we are always happy to come grab them. The person who came to my house seemed enthusiastic and informative. He said that it was the small soffit job that would be no problem. He went out to his truck to get his measuring tape and take measurements. He did not come back for a long time, so I went out front; evidently he was talking to someone at Impact. He advised me to go to a handy-man type place because my job was too small and Impact would have to charge me a lot more than the job was worth to make it worth their time. My small soffit repair (about a 600.00 quote from another vendor) would be around $1,200.00 if Impact did it. The person who came to my house was good at his job, but clearly Impact Roofing and Renovations is not about service as much as it is about making money. Whenever a business can indiscriminately blow off jobs because they are not making the profit they want, you know they are inflating the rest of their estimates. Proceed with caution. Yes, there has to be profit in business, and I asked on the phone if they did SMALL soffit repair, and they stated that they did all soffit and roof work, but in reality Impact only does large soffit repairs or entire roofs. Waste of time.

Hi Gino, Thank you for the feedback. Our estimates are usually not the cheapest you will find because we are certified with our manufacturers and do things by the book to maintain our certifications. We also carry a large insurance policy that is meant to protect you and your home. Both of these things carry significant overhead. If you were looking for the cheapest repair, the technician is correct, that may not be us. But if you were looking for a company to follow best practices, be licensed and overly insured and have an on site production manager for your project, we would have been happy to serve you. Thank you for giving us a shot anyway.

From start to finish, this was an amazing company to work with. They were able to do the work within the estimate that we got from our insurance company to install our beautiful new roof. We are thrilled with how our home looks! Thank you so much.

Impact did a great job on my roof. Brian was very helpful and responsive in making sure my questions were answered and my roof was installed on time. The price was very reasonable considering the extra work needed. They did 3 houses in my neighborhood and all had similar things to say. Use them without reservation.

Brian and his team did a siding replacement and rebuilt our deck and the transformation is unreal. Brian helped us pick materials that actually made sense for durability, not just looks. The crew was professional and worked hard every day. …

Impact Exteriors helped us with a roof replacement in Alexandria, VA, and made the whole process really easy. Kiley & Ingrid were great to work with and helped guide us through everything, including questions we had about storm damage and repairs. The team did a great job and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing services in the area.

Thank you, Evelin! We love it when we can make this seamless for our customers. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. I know your time is valuable, but for a small business, it means the world.

Very poor communication skills! At the initial point of agreement, was promised a lot of lies! Throughout entire project everything changed! Staff was very polite and professional in the beginning but as soon as the down payment was received, the mask came off ! Very polite LIARS! Would not recommend!

John. You are not a customer of ours. This was just done to us last month where someone puts up a bunch of negative reviews and then asks us to reach out on WhatsApp to pay them money to have them all removed. We are a small family owned business that does not have time or money for extortion. Someone that thinks we are Liars in all caps would not give three stars. We will never pay you so please stop and just go get work.

Tim did an amazing thorough job. He looked at every detail And found every inconsistency with the installation of my solar panels. if it weren’t for him, I would not have the knowledge I need to go forward and fight to have my roof fixed properly. Actually to have my roofs redone. Thank you, Tim for all your knowledge and taking the time and effort to do a proper job. You don’t find that kind of performance in the workforce anymore.

Brian came out to take a look at a roof issue we were having and was extremely honest about what we actually needed. Instead of pushing a full replacement, he recommended a repair that solved the problem and saved us a lot of money. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is that straightforward. We’ll definitely call Brian again when we eventually need a new roof.

We had a fantastic experience with Impact Roofing. We needed to replace our 24 year old roof and Impact Roofing had the most competitive price AND offered an amazing warranty on materials and labor. They beat the offers from other companies in our locale (Frederick, MD) and made everything super easy. Mason and crew were friendly, professional and efficient. Everything was done and cleaned up by the end of the day. I’m extra appreciative they came out in January to do it too— thankfully before the snow/ice storm. I highly recommend them!
