  I hired Metro City Roofing to take care of my hail damage claim: roofing, windows, gutters, paint. One window arrived broken, another window was put in without grids: when I told them to put the old one back, they drove away. It took weeks to get these problems fixed. The GC wasn't on site for these installations. At one point, he even suggested that I just deal with the subcontractor myself! This was HIS guy! For painting, he just emailed a painter with my name, gave me his number, and left me to deal with it. I don't even know which areas of the house the claim covers. Sloppy work (see photo): had I known then what I know now, I would never have signed with them. I regret my decision, and cannot recommend them.

We pride ourselves on our excellent quality and service, and it seems this job did not meet your or our expectations. There were lengthy unavoidable delays in material availability for the windows and roofing shingles, which affected all contractors – not just our company. While we disagree with several of the details you shared, we agree that your window installation was less than acceptable. We have already terminated our relationship with this window subcontractor. The City and County of Denver inspected the roof installation and quality which passed inspection. In sum, we appreciate all feedback and will continue to strive for better.

  I want to thank Metro City Roofing for installing Malarkey Highlander® AR, a superior class 4 impact-resistant shingle, on our home in August of 2026. Ryan McKeel, our primary contact, project manager, supervisor, and team leader, made sure everything was flawlessly coordinated. Ryan made sure everything was done correctly and genuinely stood up for me. Every employe on the job demonstrated an amazing degree of skill and customer service. His roofing and painting crew was diligent, courteous, and professional. Ryan kept me updated at every stage, and there was clear communication throughout. The entire experience was flawless and extremely professional. In every aspect, Ryan McKeel, and his group were exceptionally professional. They finished our roof quickly and without taking any short cuts, and the caliber of their work is evident. They tried to maintain order. Ryan gave walkthroughs and promptly answered any inquiries via text or phone. This is the company to choose if you're searching for roofing services that provide top-notch work, honor their commitments, and relieve your stress. Thank you for the wonderful service; I would without a doubt tell all of my family and friends about Metro City Roofing.   Metro City Roofing is the best contractor I have worked with. They replaced my roof after a hail storm and advocated on my behalf with my insurance every step of the way. They went above and beyond and explained every part of the process.

  I highly recommend Metro City Roofing for any and all roof related issues you might have. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan McKeel, and he was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He really gave me the time, attention and service that any customer would be thankful to receive. About a year ago my home owners insurance tried dropping me due to my roofs age, despite it being in fine shape. Ryan helped me maintain my insurance coverage. More recently he and his team did some roof repairs to get my home ready to sell. Great experience both times. Can’t recommend enough!

  We had our roof replaced with Metro City Roofing last December and we are so thankful to have had Ryan in our corner. Through a long process of denial of roof damage by our insurance carrier, appraisal, and ultimately having our claim approved after the appraisal demand meant we finally got our roof replaced. It would not have been possible without having Ryan understanding the whole process and fighting for us to have the claim approved through the 6 months it took to finally get it done. Ryan went above and beyond and his expertise and patience with the long process was exemplary!

  After a major hailstorm, Jonathan was quickly able to visit our house and provide an estimate to our insurance company. His team replaced our roof and repaired a few windows. I'll contact them again when I need roof-related repairs.

  Metro City Roofing did roof replacement after the big hailstorm in Thornton. They did excellent work on my roof. Everything was organized verry well, clean and done as promised. Hardly recommended this company. Big Thank you!
