From the first estimate to the final cleanup, Ron was amazing to work with. Our new metal roof looks incredible, and we couldn't be happier with the quality and attention to detail. Ron and his crew worked hard, answered all our questions, and treated our home and us with respect. It is hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but this team absolutely delivered. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a metal roof.

Ron at Metal Roofing Contractor was very helpful and professional when we were looking to upgrade our shingle roof to a new metal roof. He showed us all the options and had the best affordable pricing to help us make the best decision. I recommend them for anyone looking to get an affordable metal roof.

Thank you Kim and Chris, for the one of the best metal roofing reviews in 2026. Positive metal roof reviews on Google help our business grow. Helping you pick the right metal roof for your family was my pleasure. Since the family plans on living there for many years, the metal roof was an affordable purchase. You both understand that the standing seam metal roof can last 3 - 4 times longer than a shingle roof and that works for your family. Thanks again and we're here for you, Ron.

This is in regards to the metal roof that was installed at my home in Mims Florida. Metal roofing contractor was very professional in every aspect of the replacement. They went over everything in detail. from pulling off the old roof material, nailing the plywood down as per code. adding the peal and stick material and then the metal. they completely cleaned up all around my house of all nails and any debris that might do damage to my lawnmower. They were in constant contact with me about and issues that may have come up. They found a bad part of the roof that was not part of the contract and repaired it with no questions or cost to me. They took care of all the permits and gave us and the insurance company a wind mitigation, so now I pay less for my home insurance. My wife picked the color and she could not be happier. Thank you for making my wife-life much better. By the way the skylight turned out beautiful.

You wanted a quality metal roof at an affordable price and you got one. You and your wife were enjoyable to work with. You have a beautiful penny/copper metal roof. Thank you for the best metal roof review in 2026.

Thank you, Mike. On behalf of Metal Roofing Contractor, it was our pleasure to provide you with a new metal roof replacement. We like working with homeowners who understand the value of an affordable metal roof that is both stronger and longer lasting than a shingle roof. We live in Melbourne Beach and we love our new metal roof. We needed it done prior to going back up north quickly and Metal Roofing Contractor got it done with no mess. If you want an affordable metal roof in Melbourne, I would recommend Metal Roofing Contractor. Thanks, Ron.

Theresa, I'm glad you and your husband love your new metal roof. Your husband, Vinny, was great. Vinny knew what he wanted, and we checked off all the boxes including a quality aluminum standing seam roof, installed within the short time frame requested, and an affordable metal roof. It was nice that you both understood that being surrounded by salt water you needed an aluminum metal roof in Melbourne Beach. Thank you both for choosing Metal Roofing Contractor and for your recommendation. Your friends and family can reach us at MetalRoofingContractor.com

This review is for one of my roof installations in Palm Bay. As an investment property owner, it’s important to work with an honest roofing company because they can be hard to find. About 2 years ago a roofing contractor I knew sent his sells representative to visit me and he has been handled my roofing installations from that point on. The sells company was Metal Roofing Contractor and they worked well with me to accomplish my business needs. I would recommend Metal Roofing Contractor in Palm Bay for your roofing. When I look for any product I want an affordable price and a respectful attitude. Thank you, Ron

We spent a lot of time learning about metal roofs before we even began soliciting bids. One of those was Ron with Metal Roofing Contractor Palm Bay. Not only did Ron submit the lowest bid, but it was for better quality materials. The crew was punctual. PROFESSIONAL, and very polite, giving top quality work on schedule. I highly recommend Ron and his organization.

Thank you Jeff. Your background in construction and roofing prior to retiring made me appreciate earning your business even more. I thank you and Margo for your business and I'm glad you're happy with your metal roof in Palm Bay. If you need anything please call anytime. Ron

Florida homeowners pay some of the highest insurance premiums in the country, and the single biggest structural factor in that premium is the roof. Insurers price wind risk, and the roof is where wind risk lives. State law requires insurers here to offer premium credits for construction features that reduce wind damage. A code-compliant metal roof checks several of those boxes at once: roof covering approval, deck attachment, roof-to-wall connections, and a sealed deck if you add one during the reroof. The part most homeowners miss is that a reroof is your one affordable chance in decades to upgrade deck nailing and add secondary water resistance, because the deck only comes open when the covering comes off. You claim the credits with a wind mitigation inspection documented on Form OIR-B1-1802, submitted to your own agent. We're roofers, not insurance agents, so we build the roof and hand you the paperwork. The discount conversation is between you and your carrier. New guide linked below.
