They responded very late and misleads clients. They go back on their word by raising prices on installation than they said in the contract. They have bad credit. Wasted my time and energy on this rubbish.

The sales person was over 6 hours late, and when we passed on his business he was rude and extremely unprofessional.

The reason I am not giving them a 5 star rating is the lack of communication. The roofers did an exceptional job. But we had to make due and at the end, no big deal. I must add that the final product was excellent. But because of the lack of communication it created a lot of stress in our case. Eventually we had our conversation and everything was settled. Our house is very intricate and I also felt very dangerous for the roofers. In all sincerity the weather was also a major culprit. Our project took months to finish. I do blame the management for not incorporating a better communication system with the client, should a need arise. Peter was right, within a few days our house had a different feel to it and after 12 days we can tell that our comfort zone is now much better and spread evenly.

London Eco installed an EcoRoof on our home approximately 5 years ago. We love the roof and often receive compliments. We recently experienced some loose edge flashings and screws due to severe winter weather. We were at the Ottawa Home Show and met Peter Bussell and mentioned this to him. Since our roof is still under warranty and needed some attention, we received the minor repairs at no cost to us and the repairs were completed in less than 24 hours. We are so pleased with the quality of the product as well as the great warranty and customer service. Thank you!

I am extremely pleased with the installation of our new steel roof. It looks great and has added value to our house. The salesman, Peter, helped us pick the right style and colour. He also provided thorough explanations about the product, the warranty and payment plan. We were also impressed with the crew of individuals who did the installation. They were very professional and gave time to answer all my questions.
