Very unprofessional company. Owner certainly has the gift of the gab. The roof has been leaking for 5 years. Had to clean the eaves after the job was done. Stay away. Thank you for the reply Brent you know exactly who I am. Are you still using the “ woven valley” ?

I'm sorry about your experience, but I don't recall hearing of similar complaints over the past few years, and you haven't called to repair the problem, either. I just had a look through email, too. Can you please call or email us (brent@donerightroofs.ca) with your name and address for us to have a look? We are also not the only "Done Right" in the Ottawa area, so I'd like to make sure you are, indeed, a past customer. I truly believe you have mistaken our family business for another one. We offer a 10 year warranty on labour and a 50 year warranty on materials by Certainteed.

Would never do business with a guy who never showed up to give me a quote and did not even call to tell me he couldn't make it, our reschedule. Stay away from that business run by irresponsible wokes

Linda - we were having email problems back in Feb of last year. Your quote request must have gotten lost in the shuffle. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. And I'm not sure what you mean by "wokes". I am also not sure that your request was to us. Even with email problems we had a backup and I strive to respond within 24 hours. Maybe you requested the quote from another business in the area. We are not the only "Done Right".

Brent, the owner of the company, was a pleasure to deal with. He and his team arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work very quickly. The roof looks great and everything was cleaned up nicely during and after the work was done. I would happily recommend Done Right.

Our friend recommended this company as she had great experience with the work done last year. The owner was very responsive, answered all our questions quickly, and helped us finding homes with the roofing colors we were considering, which made our decision much easier! The crew did a great job on the roof and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.

Brent and his crew at Done Right Contracting did an outstanding job installing a new shingle roof on our Ottawa bungalow. Their price was excellent and workmanship first quality. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a contractor who takes pride in their work.

Thanks, Wayne. No job is too big or too small, and we've got a team, tools, and materials we really do take a lot of pride in. That shows in our work.

We found this company through neighbours who were having their roof replaced by Done Right Contracting. In fact, many homes near us were using the same company. We asked Brent (the owner) to pop by to view our roof and offer an estimate. His pricing was quite favourable compared to others we had talked to. We also have solar panels, which had to be removed and re-installed by a separate company specializing in this. Brent was ok with this and communicated with the other firm to coordinate the timing of each other's activities. All went relatively smoothly. We are pleased with the installation and cleanup. We would recommend this firm.
