Can’t doubt the work this company does because their customer service is so bad we couldn’t get someone out to our house. They gave us an estimate that has no breakdown of the cost (which is not cheap) and didn’t like having to answer questions like “how did you come to the price you did?”. Their response “go back to the person who put your roof on and ask them for an estimate.” This doesn’t answer the question and came off quite rude and implies they don’t want our business.

I had my dad's roof replaced by Metal Roof Masters and I can't say enough great things about this company. They were able to make this process less troublesome when dealing with city goverment permits. The service and quality of the work was outstanding and I highly recommend them when a new roof is needed.

My husband and I recently had MRM to replace our existing shingle roof with a metal one. We had just had a very bad experience with the previous contractor, so it was with much trepidation that we set out to find another. After doing some extensive research we decided to use MRM. We made a personal visit to the office, where we were treated like family. We are very pleased with the work that has been done. The professionalism of the staff, and the skilled workmanship of the roofers are to be commended. They were fair and upfront with us. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone seeking to replace a roof.

There are many proficient and dedicated roofing companies in the United States. There are also roofing companies, who because of their commitment to excellence are considered outstanding. In my judgment, Metal Roof Master is by far proficient, outstanding and dedicated to providing great customer service, as well as supplying a great product. Metal Roof Master’s commitment to delivering their best quality of service is evidenced by their performance. I once heard (over the radio) there or three kinds of people in this world, 1) people to make things happen 2) people to let things happen 3) and people who watch things happen. Even though I never physically met her (Kat). My communication with her identifies her as a MAKE THINGS HAPPEN type of person. It was always a pleasure speaking with her (over the phone) or communicating with her by email because through each interaction; she did not sit on a proverbial fence or make any false promises, she made things happen through care and concern, by listening to my concerns as a customer. Subsequently, she always did something to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Teresa Branch

Working with Metal Roof was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, respect, and remarkable efficiency, handling every stage of the project with care and precision. Their attention to cleanliness often the most challenging part of this type of work was exceptional, even in less-than-ideal conditions. A special thank you to José for his exemplary leadership, dedication, and genuine concern for my satisfaction as a client. His diligence and the respect he shows his team reflect the company’s values and commitment to excellence. Metal Roof doesn’t just make promises, they deliver. Quality, responsibility, and superior results are not just words here; they are a reality. I would gladly recommend them without hesitation.
