  They wouldn't even look at my roof without a quote from insurance. Oh well, not the only contractor in town.

  Edit: Please note there is new ownership of the company now and this review was based off the old owner. Just wanted to give transparency on my experience. I had a roof replaced that had never leaked, but looked like it was in rough condition. Mesler did a quick job at a seemingly fair price. But I suppose you get what you pay for. The roof started leaking and caused drywall ceiling damage and the light fixture where the leak happened no longer works. Had to contact them several times with no response before they finally came and fixed the leak, which took several weeks. However they did not fix the interior damage and in fact ignored many calls and messages about fixing the ceiling and light fixture damage. This company will not guarantee their work and will completely ignore you when you have an issue. They are quick to get your business, but don't count on anything after that. I own and manage a lot of rentals and it is sad that they will lose a lot of future business.

  I had 10 windows installed in March. I had concerns one of the windows had wood rot. There was a language barrier. I saw them putting window in with the bad wood. I complained, was told "foam be fine" and they put windows in. I took pictures. Owns was on vacation. I called multiple times. Finally I went to Meslers with pictures of that window and other issues. They sent out the same incompetent people. They piece milled the wood rot , applied more foam. Promise to come back and fix other complaints with the windows. Never happened. After several complaints on a door they was addressed. Promise to call days go by and I recall them. Today I cleaned my windows to find the wrap is lose. Now I must call and ask for them to come out and fix this issue at least. I have been very long suffering patient. This makes me feel ill. I am a senior citizen single woman, I'm starting to feel like they're taking advantage of me. Update. It is now a year later. Alot of tears I've shead. I promised I would update the review when the problems where fixed. I struggle to give a good review. However I believe hope and pray that they have fixed them so my house is no longer compromised. I admire and appreciate Pete. Whatever you all are paying him is not enough. He had to come out and fix the damage that the incompetent youth wrecked on my home. I am so grateful for Pete. I understand the concept and logic that you think you are doing the right thing, by sending out the incompetent young men that do not know what they're doing to fix the wrong they did. However it is my house they learned on which was extremely stressful. It took a year, but I do believe, hope and pray the windows are sound. Thanks for trying to fix the damage.   Brandon, I’m sorry you had a negative experience in 2019 with previous ownership. Upon reading your review, we immediately started investigating this as our database had no records of this in it. I did reach out to the previous owner and was told the same. I’m not saying this didn’t happen and will take your word that it did. Unfortunately, we did not hear from you until 2023, 1.5 years after purchasing the business. Your issues, as stated in your review, came about and were noticed in 2019. We had contractual agreements to fix and take care of all previous ownerships workmanship warranty issues up to 1 year after the business purchase. During that timeframe, we did take care of every issue we heard about. We knew nothing about your issues until mid-2023 or so. If you had contacted us anytime during that period, any and all of your issues with previous ownership would have been taken care of immediately. If any of your issues are product related, not workmanship, I will be glad to assist you through the process of making a manufacturers warranty claim. It’s unfortunate that over a year went by without contacting us. We truly are sorry this took place and wish you would have called us earlier when we could have covered this for you. We are a completely different company now and would never allow this situation to occur. Customer service and satisfaction is and always will be our top priority.

  Eaton Roofing and Exteriors did our roof. Their crew was nothing less than professional. They were up on the roof when it was 97 degrees working. It was predicted to be a two day job. They did in in one and a half days. When they finished they cleaned up as if they were never. Here. They done such a great job. Thank you Eaton Roofing.

  Just got my roof replaced this week by Mesler's roofing. Very professional job and great customer support. The crew got the old roof completely torn off down to the boards and replaced in the same day. They also did a wonderful job on clean up as well. Highly recommend. Even the gutters were cleaned up from any debris.

  Danny was great! He put all my fears to rest and saved me a ton of cash by not recommending something I didn't need. When other companies will do whatever they can to fleece you for business, these guys are honest enough to tell you that what you've already paid for is working just fine!

  I will use Mesler from now on for any home project that I can. First, they actually called us back, which is getting to be increasingly rare for contractors. Second, they showed up when they said they would. They provided estimates and follow-ups exactly when they said. It was amazing!!! Lastly, the work was wonderful. We had our roof replaced, fascia replaced, and all new guttering put on our house. CJ and the crew were wonderful to work with. Any concerns we had were promptly addressed and the work was done in a very timely manner. I wish I had found them sooner for previous projects but we will use them and highly recommend them from here on out 100%.

  Bought some Wincore replacement windows from Danny at Mesler. Jeremy and his installation crew were outstanding. Meticulous and efficient with the highest quality of service. Everything was done completely and the cleanup was complete. Would highly recommend them again.
